These towels are just what I wanted - soft, absorbent, and fluffy. They are also the size I wanted, since huge spa type towels aren't needed and take too long to dry. I chose this brand because I purchased a bath mat from Utopia a few years ago and was amazed at the quality. These are also great quality. I have been using them a few months, and they haven't faded, and are as soft as they were when I bought them. The woven band didn't shrink, so they continue to hang nicely. Some reviewers have complained about too much lint in the dryer, and I wonder if they were comparing them to a microfiber towel. The amount of lint seemed normal for a cotton towel and to be expected. If I need more towels in the future, I won't hesitate to purchase this brand.

I could not be happier with these towels, they are everything I would want. They're soft, absorbent and the perfect size for wrapping around a head of wet hair! They're great for the rest of me, too, but they not huge and bulky like a bath sheet. They washed up perfectly and dried without shrinking. They are nice and thick with generous amounts of fluffy nap. The color saturation is terrific, and no fading after washing. The price point is great, too! These are a winner!

Needed to replace brand new (never used, tags still on) towels mysteriously disappeared from storage room. Looking for 100% cotton rung spun towels. Color looked good, size perfect, lightweight, 4 pk perfect, value at $33.99. Decided on Utopia, almost perfect. Color beige in pic looked honey amber, not close. Super light beige, pale. Deducted one star for color. All four perfect. Tags on towels mention 100% cotton, no mention rung spun. Only washed two in case of huge amount of lint. Washed in cold water (for no shrinkage) rinsed twice no fabric softener. Impressed not a lot of lint. I never use dryer. Shook towels before line drying outdoors hung over two lines for air flow. After dry gave a good shake. Used soft lint brush to remove lint. Not soft but not rough. Two or three washes any lint should be gone completely and should soften up. Would buy again just want to see how they hold up. Will update if if they don't hold up. Pic's second pair washed exactly as the first pair. Did give a good shake before washing, after washing (still wet) and after line drying outdoors. Tried to get pic of lint, not a lot. Used soft lint roller.

Totally absorbent and luxurious! These are THE BEST towels I have ever used. You just want to wrap them around yourself and sink into oblivion. Now if only I had a towel warmer...But then I might never leave the bathroom!

Bought a 2nd set! They are large, thick and do not lose their color. The ones I have had for about 4 years still as bright and beautiful as the new ones. Great quality for the money.

These towels are a classic case of "you get what you pay for." They're okay, but that's about the highest praise I can give them. If you're looking for something basic and functional without breaking the bank, these might fit the bill. However, don't expect to be wowed. My main gripe is their thinness. They feel a bit flimsy, almost like a step up from a paper towel. While they do absorb water, it takes a few more passes than I'd like to get completely dry, and they just don't have that luxurious, plush feel that truly great towels offer. If you're used to thick, fluffy towels that wrap you in comfort, these will be a noticeable downgrade. They also tend to wrinkle quite a bit after washing and drying, so if a crisp, neat look is important to you, be prepared to do some folding right out of the dryer. On the flip side, the price is decent. For what they are, they're not outrageously expensive, and if you need a large quantity of towels for a guest bathroom, a rental property, or just for everyday use where durability and absorbency aren't top priorities, they're a reasonable option. They've held up to a few washes without any major fraying or falling apart, so that's a plus. Ultimately, these towels are just passable. They'll get the job done, but they won't elevate your bathroom experience. If you're on a tight budget and need something to dry off with, go for it. But if you're dreaming of wrapping yourself in a cloud of softness after a shower, you'll need to invest in something a little more substantial.

First off, as with all towels, you have to wash these and dry them twice before you use them. Not sure why so many people complain about this? maybe they legit just dont know how towels are made or why this happens to towels when you first buy them but all towels do this, so dont act like its a flaw in the product, its really not. Towels have always been this way when you first buy them. They are made out of soft absorbent fibers and they craft them in the factory then package them for shipping. they dont wash them because they assume you have braincells and know what towels are made of! LOL. These are great, they are soft, they are bright and they are of good quality! If you dont know how to wash a brand new towel from the factory, i dont think anybody can help you, but you aught to have purchased a new one before and seen this is the result right? you must wash a new towel out twice and run it through a dryer twice. if not, it will have lent because its made of soft material lol. seems obvious to me but i figured i would explain its not a low quality towel, your just not understanding how towels are created and packaged and have been this way for a long time. You want a towel that has no fluff to wash out, go to a thrift store, not a factory. because thrift stores have nasty, worn out, low quality towels that have no fluff to remove from the factory. but these have all the fluff from fresh crafting in them and i love it. Just a tip, if your so poor that you dont know new towels need a double wash and double dry, you should feel a bit bad that you just now figured this out. get on a higher level already and learn what quality products are and how they are produced. most of these companies figure if your buying new towels, you can afford a dryer and clothes washer to process and ready them for use. lol
