I love these drying racks. They are sturdy, compact, and easy to use. One of the sets had an incorrect part, so I contacted the seller and they sent out the correct part in less than a week (and that was a holiday week-thanksgiving.). They aren't difficult to put together if you read the instructions all the way through BEFORE you start.I was considering the more expensive/fancier Ballard Designs wood drying racks, but am very glad I went with these instead. They ar very simple, but have more drying space and function better for their intended use.

I saw a similar product at IKEA, but it had been discontinued.I love that this comes in a set of two with metal hardware and instructions, which are just as easy to follow as it is to put together. I’ve been using it several times a week and it’s held up well. I can hang a full load of kids clothes or cloth diapers with ease, then fold it flat when finished.UPDATE: 04/19/20 Beyond other complaints of required full installation, this is still my favorite space saver. It also serves us well with our homeschool projects, with our second child in cloth diapers and all our Belgian Malinois toys and gear. I’ve even considered purchasing a second set for use in our entryway, especially given our small living space with a big family and all the things ending up at the front door.

It does the job and looks good.

I love these racks. They are strong enough to hold wet towels and jeans, and they fold up out of the way when not in use.

What a difference a these made in our small laundry room. The item arrived with the screws and anchors needed to for a trouble free installation. They give my wife the space needed to hang delicates and fold out of the way when not in use. They look amazing.

Would like to first credit Brightmaison quickly replacing couple of factory defect rods with no thread for the screws.Assembly took about 20 minutes. Mounting both clothes racks on exterior wall another 30 minutes. Had it up for a day under an eave which isnt exposed to rain under normal conditions. I haven't hung any heavy clotheing.I'm generally satisfied with the product so far but one of the racks vertical support is bent where attached to its pivot arm (with a rivet). Another factory defect I suppose because the other rack is fine. Its' the far rack I'm alluding to in the pics and a flaw you'd least expect in an $100 item.Only time will tell if that dip on one end and weight of clothing will effect it's purpose.

False advertisement. Described as 2 set of racks and only one arrived. Started the return process via Amazon/UPS. No refund yet. This might have been a wasted time a money.
