So I’m 5”3 and used these to gain a bit more confidence in my height, with the insoles my height was just about 5”6, which is quite a difference. These are actually pretty comfortable though you do have to relace your shoes as your foot is closer to the top of the shoe and would recommend high tops, some high sneakers, or boot like shoes. And if you’re walking around a lot, you will experience some slight pain but nothing too severe and is worth the extra inches.

Amazed. This insole is pretty spot on. You have to make sure the shoes you put them in have some height on the sides like boots etc any low shoe like a loafer or sneaker or deck shoe this will not work for. This seems so far pretty comfortable and sturdy I have only had them for a day and have worn them for a few hours and I was impressed with the height it gave .e and the comfort they seem pretty durable I only wish that the layers would snap together better. So far no slippage and I am impressed for the price. I already ordered two more.

These work really well, but they are very very hard. I literally had to modify them because they hurt my feet so badly. I cut 2 mouse pads in the shape of these and superglued them. The added cushion made them much more comfortable. Also, after having these for a month, the air bag is much softer, thus creating even more comfort. I now wear these very comfortably throughout the work day and I am on my feet a lot so the comfort really matters to me.

Started oit good but too narrow and uncomfortable after short usage in the day

The price for what you get is priceless. I am a petite 5’ woman. I am use to walking in heels so I had no problem with comfort. That being said I have petite size 6 narrow feet. If your feet are wide I don’t know how these would feel. These fit perfect in my shoes (like they were custom made for them) I appreciate not having to trim anything just slip these in and I’m good. I don’t mind being short but of course it would be nice to be taller. I slipped these into my boots and they are very comfortable. With 1 I can’t even tell I’m wearing them, with 2 it’s still doable and not bad with 3 I would probably wear to an activity that doesn’t last all day. So depending on where I am going I adjust how many I put in. I rarely will go out without wearing at least the 1’ when you are short every inch makes such a big difference when talking to friends. The best part is no one knows you are wearing them. I even can slip 1 in my tennis shoes and it’s comfortable and not noticeable. If you are a man 1 insert will work fine, 2 will take a little getting use to but it’s doable for the outcome, 3 is doable, but It might be challenging since men don’t have experience walking in heels, I am sure it can be done though. So thankful for this product. I can change the inserts when I change shoes but I’m just going to buy more pairs to keep them in the shoes :) Thank you so much Amazon!!

Very uncomfortable and could not fit my feet into my shoe with these insoles, completely unusable

These have held up considerably well. No sign of wear. I currently use them a few times a month. Used to use them daily. With all three pieces I go from 5’3” to almost 5’6”

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. These things are awesome, but ya gotta use your brain. These may work in regular ankle high shoes on the lowest level but using one add on or DEFINITELY if using both there’s not gonna be room for your foot AND the lifts. I had a size 11 (I wear 10.5 but have a VERY wide foot (EEE) so have to buy size larger) pair of black lace up dress “boots” (come up as high as a high top sneaker) and they worked perfectly in them. I did buy longer laces just to make up for the extra used space in the shoe but they don’t slip, they’re super soft and cushy and I had them on for hours and they never hurt or bothered me. It’s a little tricky getting used to walking in them because it’s basically like wearing high heels but INSIDE your shoe so you won’t fall over or anything it’s jyst tricky to walk naturally in them (think heel, toe, heel, toe) wear a high enough shoe to accommodate them AND your foot and tie your laces nice and snug and after an hour or so I bet you forget you’ve got them on!
