I already really like Liquid IV. I live in a hot dry climate and this is effective to keep me hydrated and healthy. The pineapple coconut/pina colada flavor is delicious. It might be one of my favorite flavors now. It’s also a better value to buy the bigger size vs. smaller ones in the grocery store. To help with dissolving, I fill my 32 Oz cup about 1/2 way and stir in the packet. Then I let it sit in the fridge overnight and stir, add water the next day. I definitely recommend these packets. And this flavor.

My mother adds the Liquid I.V. packets to her water every day. The flavors help her to get the recommended amount of water intake. She particularly likes the Peach, Golden Cherry, and the Pineapple.

First of all, I don’t wanna realizes that they really do need this product because it influences your water intake and a lot of people don’t drink enough waterThis is a product that I think should be in hospitals and nursing homes and assistant level places to help increase the water intake because as people get older, they just don’t get enough water intake

If you love piña colada don’t try this one or it will ruin you for piña colada flavored anything ! I love just about anything piña colada flavored but this is so awful tasting. I could not even finish one! That being said a friend, let me try the Akai berry, and it was really good passionfruit as well. And I do feel like these liquid IVs are very convenient packages to take on the go and ask somebody that just does not care for water. These help me drink it and make me feel more rehydrated for sure but also I split one packet into two bottles of water because it’s just too much flavor to use whole packet and one bottle so I would say a half a packet in 30 ounces of water is good.
