Wrong hatch and kayak damaged
After research, I purchased two Wilderness Systems Tsunami 125 kayaks and was very excited! The first one showed up with scratches and the wrong hatch. And the second one showed up with a hole in the side and scratches. I think part of this might be on the seller (not sure?), but the wrong hatch is definitely on Wilderness. I called Wilderness and they gave me an email address, and I eventually got a new hatch, but would not do anything further to make the situation better. If I had ordered a cheap kayak, I would expect this, but these are expensive kayaks. I actually love the kayak, just disappointed in the service.

Poor quality and delivery issues.
Kayak arrived scratched, dirty and with some cosmetic flaws. Shipping company gave bad info on delivery time and just dropped it in my drive way with no notice that it had been delivered. Also, the finish shavings are embedded in the caulk around the dry compartment barriers. A sloppy job and may lead to leaks in the future. I expected better quality from Wilderness Systems as this is the third Kayak that I have bought from them.
