Didn’t receive what I ordered. Misrepresented
I ordered this from the model number and pictures. I was expecting to get it with the hard case shown in the photo. It came with a soft bag. This is not what I wanted or ordered.

Misleading Photo, Not in Hard Case
I bought this drill on 6/2020 from this seller because the photo shows a hard case. It came with a bag instead. I returned it. No problem getting my money back, but was disappointed with the misleading photo. I'm guessing the drill itself was probably good, but never tried it.

Milwaukee Drlll, batteries, charger and bag. Bought this drill a week ago and it's perfect in all respects. Easy to handle light weight has a lite. Everything you need for household projects. I love it.

Worthless battery charger
Milwaukee tools are always great....owed many over the years. But, not this one. Specifically, the battery charger quite working and I’m a month over the return date. Any ideas??
