Omg. A miracle in a bar. Both my grandson have acne. They both loving the results after only 1wk of using. Their skin is clearing up better than all the scripts they've used b4. They say their skin is soft no drying out not oily. I looked for myself and it is doing wonders. Mt 18yrold grandson's acne was worst. His cleared up tremendously in the 2wks he's been using it and his tone is more even. My 14yr old granddaughter sent me a pic say how she loves how it has alrdy cleared her face acne after 1 wk. WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO PURCHASE as needed. May even gift my nephews when they become teens if they get acne.

I absolutely LOVE African black soap, it leaves your skin feeling so clean; be careful though because at first it irritates my skin but it got better as time went on. Also, you definitely need moisturizer after using this because it is very drying but it's all natural so it's not all chemically which is nice. It seems to keep my acne at a minimum which is great, my diets not great so I still have some here and there but we're working on it. The big brick lasts me probably around 6 months to a year, I cut it into tiny cubes and store them in a Tupperware container and I suggest if you do this method that you keep the cubes small because a little bit goes a long way. I tend to cut them too big and end up wasting a lot of product because after you've already gotten a piece wet and lathered it, it's a little difficult to save it for later because it gets soft and kind of merges with the surface you put it on and is hard to remove. Overall with the size and thickness and everything you definitely get your moneys worth.

Love this soap. Will be buying again. The soap lathers very good, smells good and most importantly it take a lot of dirt of your skin. The portion is great. Can use a while. Amazing

This soap surprised me a little, as it is not exactly solid, rather it's more like chunks pressed together. I bought the one pound offer and cut it into 4 bars (cling film is good for storing) which is economical enough and each bar lasts for maybe 10-14 daily showers. I did get a chunk of something in one bar that is not soap, perhaps is possibly a pea sized piece of wood or tree bark. I'd say, if you're looking for different, here it is. If you really don't like it, it might double as saddle soap...?

I have been using black soap for years to help with dry skin. It works amazing. I have put on a few friends to it as well.

Black soap saved my skin from acne. This is a huge block that will last a lifetime lol. I just slice a small portion and then use a tiny piece each time I wash my face. I have had it for a year and have only used a fraction. Meanwhile I get all the cleansing action without harshness or drying - and my face hardly ever breaks out anymore.

Simply melted-- too soft.

It really scrubs so well….you will so fresh after using it but there’s not much of a difference
