Dial in your suspension
For those of us that don't know when or how to adjust their MTB suspension this is a great tool. It has really helped me tune my suspension

Non-existent quality control
The first one I was able to use about 5 times before the sensor all the sudden started to read -217psi. The value would increase with pressure but it was defective. Seller passed info to SRAM and they agreed to replace under warranty. Great 👍. Second one leaks right out of the box. Measures pressure just fine but will not hold pressure. Verified with multiple hoses before just trying to have device itself hold pressure. Removed and inspected valve cores for debris with no findings. Looses about 1psi every 5-10 seconds. Cannot recommend anyone spend this kind of money on a device that must be rugged enough to be attached to a mountain bike that cannot last more than a few rides or even work correct out of the box. Extremely disappointed for a product under the respected SRAM brand to perform this poorly.

Very cool technology.
As a long time avid mountain biker, I felt like I knew what my suspension settings needed to feel like or be. That's more or less true. This didn't drastically alter my settings with its recommendations, but it DID made some recommendations, and those changes did help. I sort of feel like as I've purchased a bike with newer suspension, the design of that suspension has gotten better, that I rode the bike and set it by feel and got to a point where it was better than my last bike, and thought that must be it, and I quit playing with settings, but this made it even better, so I obviously hadn't played enough. I think the real reason I picked this up was to help my family set their suspension up, because sometimes they don't know how to tell me what they feel - this way they just ride, and I look at what their app says afterwards, and make the changes. It's working well on that front too.

Suspension Black Magic Almost Solved
First I went through the reviews and agree with most. It’s not going to make the bike perfect but it will get pretty close. Riding the same 7 mile loop. I adjusted after each lap and rode again (XC type with downhills) and it’s much better compared to prior.Price too expensive? Split it with riding buddy since it’s not designed to stay on the bike forever.

Works great but make sure to verify it will work with your setup
The product works great if it works with your setup. I looked on their website and it stated it would work with my shock and fork. Unfortunately I had components that were proprietary. Cannondale had Fox build a special fork and shock for my trigger 1 and the Shockwhiz would not read them properly. At first I thought there was a problem with the Shockwhiz, but I tried it on a buddies bike to see if it was the Shockwhiz and the Shockwhiz worked perfectly. After several calls to Quarq and Fox we found out the propriety components would not work. It’s a great product but verify your components work first.

ShockWiz
Linked up easily with my smart phone and started using pretty much Right away. The unit it’s self was a good quality. However didn’t find that it much of a difference in my suspension settings & would’ve been much more useful when I was a beginning mountain bike rider. So it was more of a novelty for me, However I can rent the unit out to other cyclers if I wish.

Item I received was used and parts were missing
This was a replacement for a new one I received that was defective. Very disappointing to receive something that has obviously been used. See pics. First shows item was packaged upside down. Second how it should be packed. Third and fourth show dust/dirt from use. Fifth shows dried grass and dirt in bottom of box and missing parts (zip ties) and last one shows dust in valve head.I didn't even attempt to use it since there's no way for me to know what it's true condition is. It should not have been passed off as new although this might be accidental. As an update I'm still waiting for refund on the item apparently it's going to take 14-30 days for Amazon to do that in this case because I ordered 2 and returned/replaced/returned 1 of them.Determined to end up with 2 I reordered another one and I'm guessing the seller noticed my order because the product was overnighted to me. Full marks for doing that!!I'll update the rating as I see how the refund and product work out.I'm not overly impressed by the way a +$300 item attaches to the bike. Zip ties are very easy to cut and consequently make shockwiz an easy steal. I also think the hoses are too short to make it easy to find a good mounting point

Inconsistent results
It's always telling me different settings to change. Inconsistent results is an understatement.
