The media could not be loaded.  We're super happy with this patio set in our campground screen room! The ottomans came in a separate box a day or two later, so it was a total of 4 boxes. But we had everything within a week of ordering. The company was super-responsive. My husband had no problem assembling the furniture. He relayed that the company-provided video was helpful. Took about 4-6 hours total but there were five pieces of furniture, after all. His only complaint was that were two sets of screws that were close in size so it was a bit of trial/error to figure out which was which.We had bought a more expensive set from a major home improvement store, and in some ways we like this set better. The swivel chairs are great, arms are comfortable/curved, cushions are firm/thick enough, and the couch seating is deeper, such that our furry friend has no problem making himself comfortable. After months of searching for a patio set, this one turned out to be perfect based on the detailed description provided by the seller. The packages arrived on time, the items were secured well and all needed pieces were provided. The set was easy to put together and is so sturdy and comfortable!! The height is appropriate and it looks great! I have some heavy weighted family members (>300#) and the furniture is very supportive for them. The only thing that is off is the fact that I wish the cushions were a little thicker. I would definitely buy this set again and I recommend this brand.

We ordered these for our porch and they are nice for the price. The cushions are okay, but I would like a little more padding.The assembly directions are challenging. We ended up contacting seller for more hardware and started over again. They were very responsive and shipped them right away. . .had them in a few days. Very helpful on phone call. Second time around, we got them done and they are fine. The chairs are a little lower than I thought, but they are comfy and love the ottoman.

My chairs arrived quickly and were well packaged. One of the armrest had a misaligned hole but the company was very kind to send a replacement out immediately on request. Assembly was not too bad. The chairs are prettier than pictured and appear pretty solid once assembled. The cushions are very nicely padded making the chairs very comfortable. The table was very easy to put together and is cute. I have a small front porch but it all fits nicely. Excellent quality with a reasonable price. Great customer service.

Very good quality, very comfortable and shipping was quick. Pretty easy to assemble except for a couple screws which I needed another set of hands. The ratchet which was included, made it much easier. Love the whole set!

This is very sturdy furniture, which is built well to withstand outdoor weather. As others have said, you need to not tighten the screws before you have done assembling each piece as you can end up with things not quite aligned right. This is due to the rattan wrapping making things a little uneven in places. Once it's all done and you do the final tightening, everything looks great though. I would also say take your time and lay it all out as it will take some time to put together properly.Am very pleased with this purchase and the seller is very responsive to any issues you have (mine were minor things). I am looking forward to having this on my patio next summer!

I ordered the 3 piece rocker, table set a little over a week ago. I just received my set, but they only sent the bases and not my 3 pc rocker/table set! I am very displeased at the moment and have already filed the report with Amazon who stated they notified the seller. The seller is supposed to get in touch with me by December 3. I will update with what they have to say and hopefully they will resolve my issue and expedite the mailing process.Update to come….UPDATE 12/2/2023The seller contacted me and apologized for the delay. They stated Fed Ex had the second package and promised it would be delivered no later than 12/5/2023. So far, customer service was very prompt and responsive to my concerns and inquiries.UPDATE 12/4/2023The company responded very promptly and shipped the remaining package prior to the due date they set. I was able to put the chairs and table together and we do NOT regret it. Yes, there was difficulty in shipping. However, it is December and Christmas is the busiest time of year for shipping and handling. I highly recommend this set. You will not be dissatisfied.Assembly:Assembly is a little tasking. However, there is a QR code you can scan and follow along with the video which makes it a lot easier. If you have a second person, you can put these two chairs, plus the table together in under 30 minutes for sure.They swivel and glide smooth, and have very comfy cushions. Of course, I just received these so we’ll see how long the cushions last. But they feel as if they will last quite a while.Definitely recommend getting these for your front porch. My wife and I will be looking into purchasing the covers come spring time.
