I bought a few mat with different materials to try. This one you get more bang for your bucks. This one goes well with my stairs, provides comfort for my dogs as they’re getting older and becoming fearful of hardwood stairs. This anti-slip mat also have built-in sticker so installing this one the whole stairs take only a few minutes. It’s good to have if you’re looking for temporary/ cheaper alternative to stair runners.

These were easy to apply, stick to our stairs and do what they need to do. They look pretty decent too - granted we have them on our stairs to the basement. Would definitely recommend or buy again.

They were easy to install and they look very nice. As for durability, we'll see. There's enough product to cover 15 steps. I only needed 11 for my basement steps so I have some backup pieces for replacements if needed in the future. Applying them was a very simple process and they were easy to trim to size if you need too. So, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I was skeptical that they wouldn't stay put, but they do, and very easy to lift up, sponge off and reapply. I haven't put them in the washer machine yet so I can't say how they last or adhere after washing. The carpet is inexpensive quality (like very heavy felt) and doesn't emit a chemical smell and vacuums easily on low pile setting without lifting. The carpet isn't ugly, but it isn't pretty either, just generic looking, fortunately the stairwell is hidden to the main area of the house so it does the trick to allow my dog and my clumsy self to go up & down the stairs without slipping. And for the price I can change the colors on a whim without breaking the bank!

Put 13 of them on wood steps down to my lower level. Had them for a few months and seem to be holding up fairly well. These really don't have an adhesive backing, it's more similar to the way a cell phone glass protector adheres to the phone. It's a bonding that requires a smooth surface.So tips for install:the steps need to be be sealed with a finish of some type. These will not adhere to raw wood unless you use an added adhesive glue product.Make sure you clean ALL dirt and dust from the steps before you install them, Any dust will adhere to the backing and it will not hold.Roll the tread to press the mat to the stair surface, especially on the edges.

This product is self explanatory and was very easy to peel and stick to our stairs. So far, they have not lifted or give any issues.

These are indeed removable and feel very secure when walking on. They have helped my dogs already.

The treads did not stick to our stairs at all! Not a problem for us as they are being used for a staircase from the first floor to the hogpen (basement). My husband will tack them down with nails, that is the reason for one star easy to install. I believe they will be durable.

Before and after pics. Super easy to apply, follow instructions, done in 20 minutes and I took my time. Only put them on last night so can’t speak to durability but I’m very pleased with how they look and feel. There was more than I need in the box so I’ll have extras if needed. Can’t beat the price and I’ve looked around.

My dog was having difficulty/hesitancy climbing the hardwood stairs. I was looking for an attractive yet economical fix. These treads were the perfect solution. They do not slide and they were super easy to install. She now climbs easily. Very good value.

These carpet treads stick well, had to cut and put together for deeper tread (10 or 11 inch deep would be great), soft as described, and great for the money, but it is cheap carpet.SUGGESTION - offer a similar product with really good carpet, with different widths and depths, still self-adhering, and I would pay a lot more for the product (as an option of course to the cheaper product).

The stair treads are very easy to install. I like this product. The look good too. Now it is so much safer to climb down the stairs best when you have seniors, children and pets
