Why is this $5.59 for a 3 oz bag when the same size is $1.00 at the Dollar Store. I was hoping to get a larger bag?

In a word... shipping. It has to be absorbed somewhere. So, for the convenience of having the item arrive at your door, you pay a small premium. Besides, the Dollar Store buys in such high quantities, they probably pay 55 cents a bag from their supplier.

I was looking for a bag of lemon candies only from Coastal Bay, but regular with sugar, not sugar free. Is there any such thing?

Here is a list of the ingredients listed on the package: Isomalt; Polyglycitol Syrup; Natural Flavor; Sucralose, Yellow 5. Hope that answers your question.
