Why is the bass not as low as sp8000f ?

The small decrease in the low end response vs the first generation is negligible. It is due to the cabinet modification - enhanced bracing which decreased cabinet resonance improving low end fidelity!

Is anyone aware if Klipsch provides warranty (if needed) if we buy at Amazon or with third party vendors?

Do I set these up as Small since I have two SVS PC2000 subs?

Absolutely! This way you're using the bass management and not cutting the bass from your subwoofers unless all you want to do is play LFE out of the SVS and then no you would not set them to small. Have fun!

very good klipsch 8000f II for movies and music

very good american klipsch speaker is "made in china" like anything today but working good in this price range we have old version of this speaker 8000f too and both are fine but old has a nice wood vaneer on their back , 8000f II slightly different cabinet with two bass reflex instead of one probably better suits for small rooms than mk1 model american sound from klipsch very specific and not popular in continental europe for most customers you should now that before choosing one of these we loved klipsch sound with denon or onkyo anyway thnks for amazon.DE - the top service expierience
