All the functions have been accurate and consistently reliable - except the HRM (pulse rate). Sometimes during a continuous aerobic activity I find it is erratic and jumps from low to high pulse rate or from high to low for no apparent reason. But by the end of the activity the HRM usually displays a credible and true pulse rate

The caloric consumption measurement is very, very inaccurate. Without doing exercise, it gives me a reading of 5 kilocalories per minute, that's 300 KC in one hour, 7200 KC a day. I only weigh 147 pounds. How many KC do I actually would have to eat to lose, gain or maintain my weight? Impossible to calculate using this watch.Since I'm on a trip and left my other heart rate monitors at home, did not want to spend too much money and decided to buy a cheaper one. Mistake

Initially heart monitor didn't work because battery in chest bult was flat. The watch worked. As it was a prime item i suspect its been in a warehouse for sometime running flat. No off on chest belt. After replacing battery heart monitor worked as described. 3stars because of flat battery in belt (not makers fault) and a slightly strange fixing on the chest belt.Very simple to operate and large clear display. Appears accurate when compared to a finger pulse/oxygen monitor. So far so good will update after next cardio session.

Big watch face and comfortable band. I prefer it to the Polar I had.

Excellent product with easy to use buttons and very clear figures on face. Only minus is the fastening on the heart monitor which is very fiddly, it could be designed to fasten easier and quicker. I would recommend this product and it provides very good value at the price quoted.

I like exercise at the Gym, I bought this HRM because I want a more scientific workout. It suits me perfectly, and I like its company.If you are a lover of bodybuilding, you must buy the watch equipped with the heart rate belt. After a day’s work, you can put on your running shoes and the watch and belt, go to the park or the Gym, and just start your training.

Overall a good quality item, clear and large screen, sometimes needs more than one attempt to connect to the chest strap.
