The set was open and some parts were missing. Very disappointing. Bad packaging.

We bought this for a trip to the coast for our four year old and it was perfect! As sturdy as plastic toys can be expected to be! If you know your kid is going to be really rough on them and don’t want them to break, you may want to spend more on a sturdier material, but my daughter had hours of fun playing with them! Also, I saw a some of the reviews said they were small but I’m not sure what they were expecting… the boat is not big enough for child to fit in, but it does fit a few Barbie’s :-)

Just beware the parts are smaller than they appear. However, that was our favorite part about it! The smaller sand castle parts made for the perfect castle. Easier for the littles and fun for bigger kids.

There is a good combination of toys but the bags is to small and they don’t all fit inside and the shovels are flimsy the buckets are small but good quality and there is fun stuff for boys and girls. It’s an ok product probably won’t buy again though.

Loved this set of beach toys! Great variety and two of most items so minimal fighting between siblings. The shapes and castle building molds worked great with slightly damp sand! The two “big” shovels were the biggest hit as they were able to dig in the tide line where the sand is wettest and they held up so well for still being plastic. The boat was great for baby to add some water and splash their hands in it etc. just buy a separate mesh bag to carry it all. I grabbed one on Amazon for $8 and it was so easy to throw it all together and dump out on the beach each day. Used for 3 days with active boys and held up great.
