Much better than I expected and very sturdy! Easy to clean and the blades are extremely sharp.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless an item is really great or really bad. This product falls in the really great category. It does everything as advertised and is super easy to use, clean, and put together. One of the things I love about it is for mixing. It is easy to beat eggs in for a quick scrambled egg or dredge mixture. While it does a good job chopping, I love it most for easy and quick mixing!

This is THE best product I have ever bought of Amazon. It is great for onions!

It makes chopping medium or somewhat large amounts of food a lot easier and faster than by hand, and it is easier to control than a motorized food processor. I'm pretty sure this isn't dishwasher safe. I had a different one before that was better, but I haven't been able to find it again. The other one had three different crank placements for different gearing so the blades' speed could be controlled better for foods of different densities and the blades were spaced better so not as much food stuck to the sides. This one just serves the purpose of temporary replacement and does an adequate job.

Ease of use. I mixed eggs in like 4 turns this morning.
