Herbal Medicinal Loose Leaf Tea- Lupus Health Tea

I liked the herbal blend of different herbs in the tea...But it is too expensive for the price. It has a very small amount of tea leaves in the bag.

I have not yet purchased this tea but I will provide information that may assist buyers in their choice. Research the ingredients of herbal teas before purchase or recommendations. I did research all herbs included with in this herbal tea as a healthcare Provider.One person was complaining about the amount of tea leaves in each bag. As a rule, some herbs need to be in limited quantities due to the efficacy of that particular herb.Why would you expect a blend of different herbs to have the same amount/strength!Even though herbs are not governed by the FDA because they are considered part of health and wellness and chosen by each individual, and not the government.In my personal experience with herbal tea leaves, which is my choice rather than in tea bags, some herbs are extremely strong and take very tiny amounts to steep to fit my personal taste, while others are less strong but have different coloring in any amount.So, if you don’t trust a company to blend these herbs (and most have many years experience in doing so), then perhaps you should purchase the different herbs you choose and blend them yourself. It’s simply to do with tea leaves.It isn’t fair to warn others about a product and quantity/quality of a tea bag without speaking to the company blending the herbs. I am sure they would be glad to explain.

I haven't purchased this tea, but I looked at the ingredients. One I didn't recognize Pau d'Arco so I looked it up. What I read about it said this, "Pau d'Arco is possibly unsafe when taken by mouth. In high doses can cause severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and internal bleeding. The safety of pau d'arco in typical doses is not known."Look it up if you don't know what it is. Buyer beware.
