MAXZONE Submersible Boat Bilge Water Pump 12v 500gph Non-Automatic Marine Electric Bilge Pump for Ponds, Pools, Spas Silent, Boat Caravan RV Submersible

This pump does a good job of emptying the water in my boat down to 0.5 inches or less. I connected it to a 12V cigarette lighter type plug and plug it in as needed. It attaches to a 3/4 inch flexible plastic hose; I attached a ten foot length which is sufficient to reach over the transom of my small boat. I am using it as a portable device but it would likely be usable fixed in place; it has no mounting connectors however.

I used this to replace a Rule Keep-Alive pump that finally died after over a decade of use. Thus far it looks to be a worthy replacement and for less than half the cost. The fit into the Keep Alive base is tight and you'll need to have a dremel tool to get it free when it can no longer work.

This was the highest volume pump I could find for the money. I picked up a install kit at my local hardware store and had this in and functioning in no time at all. Finally got to test it after a big rainfall and was seriously impressed at the volume of water it was able to clear in just minutes. Great little pump!

Manual seems to be accurate that indicates requires 1 1/8" hose not "3/4" I.D. Hose" printed on pump and in pictures.

Save a few bucks off the name brands and buy this little pump- does the job just as well if not better than my factory pump. Seems decent quality - not flimsy-exactly what ya need for a fair price
