I have had these for a little over a week now and they work great. I think the sound is of very good quality for what they are and the price point. For those that complain about sound quality, you need to ensure that they are properly positioned in the ears. If not positioned properly it can sound like they are muffled. Also, in order to get both to pair make sure you take both out of the case the first time you pair them with a device, this makes sure they pair at the same time. And the charge level number you see displayed is what the case has left, not the earbuds. I use them watching shows or listening to music on my phone. They also work well to listen to music while I am exercising. Talking on the phone it is also very clear to not only me, but the person on the other end also.

Everything about them is great but the only flaw is the play/pause one touch click doesn't work. I hear a bing but then my music continues to play so I have to manually pause my music on whatever device I'm using. Other than that they are great.

I only use the right one because I lost most of my hearing in my left ear. I use this with our TVs and pairing was a breeze. All I have to do to use it, is take it out of the case and the TV is ready to connect. The same goes when I listen to music or watch something on my phone. The up volume is on the right and down is on the left just slightly annoying to me. I can't speak to noise canceling since I only use one. The battery life has been great. Very satisfied with this purchase.

For the money they work

First, I struggle to find small ear buds that do not hurt and these are GREAT! I didn't realize the case didn't Stay shut and they slid off my nightstand and now I'm trying to find one of them! Ya know before my dog finds it and makes it a crunch toy!

Battery life is amazing. The sound is good but not great. The charging box barely needs recharging. I'm still learning the 1 button actions for volume up and down, next song, answering calls and so on.

These headphones have great sound and I was super pleased with them until 3 or 4 days ago. All of a sudden the connection kept dropping, the left headphone disconnected for no reason, and most annoyingly, 15 seconds of a song would play then it'd skip back to the beginning! Of course when I logged in to exchange them the window for returns closed 5 days ago. How convenient. So, I got about a month's worth of use out of them. Yes, I've done all of the troubleshooting suggestions both online and in the booklet which came with the headphones. I used these exclusively for exercise and I WAS really impressed with them until I wasn't. Seems that others have had similar issues but I didn't heed their warnings because the headphones worked so well and sounded so good. Yeah, I get that they're not the "top of the line," but 4 weeks of use?! Uncool, Amazon. Anyway, find a different brand to buy unless you're OK with replacing headphones every 4-5 weeks.

The most exciting part about this product is its battery. I've been using my Earbud for almost one month, and I've never charged it yet. The other thing I want to mention is its stability on your ear. I lost my apple AirPods (left side) while I was traveling at the airport and I never noticed that when it happened. It kind of lock to your ears and it suitable for sport activities. But the negative part of this product is when sometime I feel the sound drops (its like going down and coming up for a second), it's also recognizable for people who I'm talking to over the phone call. With all this and considering that I use this product more for listening music than phone calls, I'm satisfied with my Earbud.

I have purchased, and used a lot of earbuds over the years, and must say the quality of sound just keeps improving, with the new technology. Not only are these earbuds incredibly comfortable to wear, even for hours on end; I'm really into audio books at the moment; but the sound quality for the spoken word, and music, is incredible.Also purely from a looks, and feel point of view, the high tech design is great; a matt black case, with easy to use touch controls on the outer earbuds, a flash of colour as they pair, again quick and easy; the soft flexible comfort of the ear cuffs; giving them that expensive, modern look.The noise cancelling works well at home, and outdoors in the garden; we are on a flight path, and the noise hasn't interrupted what I am listening to. However I have left the best for last; the battery life, is better than any model I have had before, and I have paid considerably more for a pair of earbuds in the past. I used the earbuds for a full week before I needed to recharge, so the 56 hours of use that they claim, is actually true; the charging again is quicker than most, approx. 1.5 hours; now that is really good.As with most earbuds they now charge direct from the case, and come with two spare pairs of foam buds.Great price, look really good, and superb sound quality; delighted.

The reviews on this item all looked fantastic and while on offer they seemed decent for why I wanted them. Pros and cons below(Travelling, going out to shops)Sound - (con)honestly I find the sound to be very muffled, music is much quieter than usual ear buds, headphones and such. Which disappoints me as I hoped they would sound as great as everyone says, they aren’t clear or crisp, but muffled and dull, sometimes can’t understand song words that great.Noise Cancelling - (con)These don’t do noise cancelling in all reality. Unless you have them full blast (which hurts more than sounds good) I can clearly hear anyone talking and most surroundings.Quality - (pro)The case and earbuds do feel they are made of a good quality.Charge - (pro and con - maybe tech issues?)Long lasting case charge, earbuds last a couple hours most times before needing charge and not sure if this is just an issue with mine but one earbud never reaches full charge, it’s stuck on 75% no matter how long it charges.Price -I got these with 30% off which is a decent price, around £22 but with the glowing reviews and original price being £40 I did expect a better device.Comfort-The bud sizes are good for different ears and the hooks don’t irritate the ear, they can be worn for long periods without irritation but seem to be getting headaches using them for too long due to the muffled loudnessEnd -Overall, I would probably look for another brand of ear buds for the price as these compared to the reviews were rather disappointing. They are rather dull in sound and one ear seems not to fully charge, but they are comfortable and decent if you have a discount. They are made of a good quality and feel nice, holding a lot of charge in the case.

Trying to find something less bulky than my noise cancelling headphones and have tried in ear buds which basically had poor sound quality, did not stay in place in the ear and marginal noise cancelling.The ear hook on these is soft and flexible and has no tendency to fall out, it is also comfortable. The case is neat. The audio is not to the standard of my headphones, but is reasonable and clear on my music. Hard to tell on noise cancelling - the real test is on a plane rather than in a living rook and it is never going to have the gain provided by headphones that entirely cover the ear. My wife tells me the sound level from the buds externally is low, which is important when I want to listen to something and she does not.Overall seems a bargain at the price

I have always preferred in-ear phones, but have struggled to find ones that stayed in the ear. Having tried various prices, and my last pair one went kaput; I decided to try these in black Friday sales.At first thought they were so-so; but once I got the correct size tips and adjusted the equaliser settings, they turned out to be surprisingly really good.Due to the extra ear grips, they stay in whatever I am doing and no more feeling like I might lose one and constantly pushing and twisting them in the ear!Have used them in Teams meetings also, and they are as good as the work supplied on-ear phones.Can't judge the battery yet, but they charge from the case as soon as they're put back in.

After reading reviews I purchased these to listen to a hypnotherapy session.. very good quality,came fully charged,paired straight away with my android phone.. clear, comes with 3 earbuds,sml,med,large... Neat box,that tells you how much charge is left in the earphones,when stored in the case.It tells you when you hit maximum volume..Pressing the buttons on the ears.. you have to quickly tap.. to pause, volume etc is a knack but not an issue..I alter the volume on my phone..Impressed,I purchased another for my son immediately..
