Q: The directions for this product says to apply and the rinse off. I thought this was cream not a cleanser

yes it is a cream. The label on my cream also instructs to rinse off. Maybe it is a packaging problem since the pink tube is a new package. I have been using this cream for a couple of years since it was in the original orange packaging. The product is the same - a very hydrating and gentle cream that helps me to control dryness and redness/irritation. It is def. not a cleanser.

Q: I'm overwhelmed with trying to find if there is any cream with no silicones and shea butter. Does this brand carry anything like that?
