Open box option missing a hair mask
Purchased the open box option as wanted to divide the contents anyway & didn't need the outer box - one mask missing (12 supplied instead of 13), unfortunately it was a hair mask I specifically wanted.All other products as advertised.

As you can see from the pictures the box is completed battered.. qhy send something like that put to customers.. this was meant to be a gift.. I'll have to re pack it myself
