Not Good..Not Ideal.Go for Charcoal!!
The best medium, as per my experience, is Charcoal. It avoids root rot. Fill your pot ONLY with charcoal& water it once a week or 8 days for grown orchids. After trying various potting mix CHARCOAL bought from my local Ironing Boy (60per Kg) gives EXCELLENT Resulut ðð
