Works great with Alexa
Works perfectly with my Alexa. Installed took very little time! Doesn’t have bells and whistles like the ones with fobs and fingerprints that I purchased before and ended up returning but it works perfectly well with the phone app or voice command to Alexa! 10 stars plus so far. I’m ordering a second one 👍🏻

Had issues but Company made it right
Product worked great for 1 1/2 years. All the sudden it wouldn't connect to my wifi anymore (so couldn't use the app). Reached out the Elamor to help me fix issue. They spent a lot of tie with me trying to fix the product. After we were still unable to figure out the problem the company graciously refunded me.

Works great
This is my second one. You can change, add, delete codes via wifi. Ser one time use codes and record code entry. Plus lock/ unlock remotely. Added to wifi easily. Great price point compared to similarly featured locks

Forget the WIFI function.
This lock is an easy install, but the WIFI system is the worst ever. The first lock I got had a broken piece that controlled the locking and unlocking. Amazon was awesome and sent me a new one. Easy install, but suffered terribly trying to get the WIFI connection to work. When it finally connected, it would only show up as a lock button, never an unlock button. I spent hours on the phone with tech support who had me buy a WIFI extender for $80 which did nothing. On top of this, every day, it would go OFFLINE. Amazon will give me a refund and will not replace this item again. If you don't need the remote capabilities like I do, then you can buy just a digital deadbolt for far less money. Remember, anything that comes from China is typically flawed. This one included.

Connection Problems ECLAMOR Smart Lock
I love the appearance of this ECLAMOR Smart WIFI Lock is difficult to connect to the 2.5GHz. I have a tri-band router, however, this Lock cannot find the router and WIFI. At this point, I am sure what to do. I receive another Lock and the same problem. AMAZON attempt to assist me to no avail. I attempted to contact ECLAMOR to avail. I am very unhappy and disappointed with this Smart WIFI Lock.

Perfect Find for the bucks!
Keep in mind it is not compatible to 5G. When it's connected to 2.4wifi it's easy to set up. Any issues call the helpdesk Number on the box and they will walk you through it. Was worth it so far!

Not Good for a rental property
Call Lock has some serious downsides for a rental properties. It does not law allow you to set a time for activation and deactivation. Only a date. Also as soon as I got back to my home state and went to the smart home app the lock was off-line and has been off-line ever since I left the state of my rental property. Furthermore some of the lock codes I put in for tenants did not work. All in all very disappointing compared to other Wi-Fi enabled locks I have used. Most recently codes programed simply disappear. I am replacing this rock today.
