The night I started using this my knee had swelled up to the point where I couldn't even bend it. I was at work and I was miserable. The pain was just awful. I'm a stalker at a grocery store and to walk around is very difficult. Well the next morning and I only took two pills the swelling went down considerably. The next day most of the swelling was gone still a little pain but I could walk on my leg fairly well by the fourth day no swelling and just a little pain here and there. It didn't really touch my arm my shoulder. I still have to be careful how I move my arm. My lower back seems to be okay. The reason why I only gave it four stars is because I go back to work tomorrow and that's when the true test will be. But I gave some to another person and it's working for her very well she had me order her a bottle. So I think it works different for different people so that's why I gave it a four stars but I think it does the job it supposed to do. I would recommend it

It’s been extremely slow. I took my first dose on Nov 11th. Other reviewers have said they felt better in only a few days. I’ve been doing other things too, so I’m not sure how much credit to give these pills. My bff/massage therapist has a machine called the PEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic field). You lie on the bed, and it does whatever it does. I’ve done that 4 or 5 times. I’m a pooper scooper, & I carry my poop bucket on a dolly thing instead of just carrying it in that hand. That hand is a LOT better now. I can put on and take off my shirts almost painlessly. Same with taking off my shoes, putting on and taking off my seatbelt, stuffing envelopes at work, pulling up my pants, and picking up and putting down my water bottle. But it’s still painful to hold something with my left hand under it. It’s not the WEIGHT of whatever; it’s the angle of my wrist. I just have to remember to use my right hand to do that part. I choose to give Ancient Relief 50% of the credit, and recommend u try it.

I had daily chronic hip and knee pain for a number of months. It was probably arthritis related but hadn't been diagnosed. All I know is it was making me totally miserable. Within hours of taking this product the pain I had been fighting was completely gone. I don't know if it will work for you but I'm super happy I found it. I never write reviews but I had to express my gratitude for getting some of my life back. I will make sure I don't run out of this product.

I am sold on this product. ANCIENT RELIEF will always have a place in my medicine cabinet. I’m an active 70 year old women and after 4 days of taking this product I don’t have to wear my back brace. I am so relieved and so happy to have found this product and I am telling everyone about it.I take it as instructed “3 pills with a meal” I take mine with breakfast. Some of the people that reviewed Relief stated they were only taking 1 or 2 pills. My pain is real and bad and I choose to take it as instructed to get the relief I need. As a user I recommend it be taken as instructed for optimum relief. It’s affordable and it works.

Then I found Ancient Relief. At 20% of the price, and good reviews, I gave it a try. Like any other OTC remedy, they work differently for different people. For me, in about 2 weeks, my knees were noticeably better, and in a couple of months my knees were nearly pain free. I have some arthritis in my hands which is also better, but not as pain free. At 68 y.o., I do not expect miracles from an OTC remedy, but worked very well for the application for which I used it. Give it a try. You may be pleasantly surprised!
