Chengu 3 Pack Triple Scale Hydrometer with Cloth for Wine Beer Brewing

You'll need three they as these break easily by default, however these are some of the toughest ones I've gotten.

These things are super fragile so you'll constantly need to replace them. Good deal for the price.

The hydrometer were very nicely packed in an Amazon box with butcher paper. The hydrometers themselves where in a zip lock back wrapped in bubble wrap and inside resealable individual cardboard tubes with cotton balls inside aswell. Inside the tube each one was again wrapped in bubble wrap and had a set of propper maitnace and conversion table. I tested each one of the set of three , on a half brewed batch of wine, and they all read the exact same level. The only down side is that this hydrometer uses a dark red/grey background for the 0-2%abv range but it is still readable and I knew that before I bought it. Over all would recommend again for brewing needs.

Great set of three hydrometers! They are accurate and easy to read. If you broke your first hydrometer and still have a cylinder, these are a great buy!

One minor defect in the glass on one, but sturdy and easy to read

These are accurate and I like the wooden containers they come in.

Purchased these to replace hydrometer of a different brand that I removed from service due to inaccurate readings. I took baseline measurements using distilled water and beer wort, both matching the measurements from my refractometer. These seem to be well made and are easy to read. They are also a great value since you get 3 of them for about what I paid for just one earlier this year.

I bought these because a standard hydrometer lasts me about a year before I get careless and break it. So yay, three of them! Unfortunately all three didn’t make it through 3 brews. These things break if you look at them cross eyed. I had one break because it touched the bottom of my graduated cylinder. Just touched it, and the bottom shattered. And the cylinder is plastic! Save your money, the most careful human on earth couldn’t keep these things in one piece. It gets two stars because they were accurate when they were whole.
