Chair is very comfortable and encourages you not to slouch in it. The back is pretty firm yet comfortable. Was very easy to assemble. My kids had gaming chairs from a big box office supply company that didn’t hold up well (the fake leather started peeling) so I bought 3 more of these for them.

I used this exact chair for a year at my work place office. I had to get this exact type of chair because the cushion bottom is amazing and underrated. These chairs are better than a gaming chair x10 it’s price. There are similar chairs like this but look for this type of fluffy bottom.Height adjusting gas powered and tilting back. Make sure you know how to adjust this or you’ll be sad you forgot to set this up.Only gripe about this chair is that the back mesh rest is adjustable up and down but slides down when you adjust it higher. You can find something to stop it from rolling down if this bothers you. Other than that, compared to a lot of chairs this chair is perfect for office work and gaming. I for one play valorant and FPS shooters with use of my full arm. If that’s what you need. This is it! Nothing fancy, nothing expensive. I added elbow cushions and roller blade type rollers. Get it and game on!

I like this chair. My husband bought one 4 yrs ago so I got one a month ago. Wrong parts were sent. I requested the parts. Company is very responsive but sent wrong replacement parts. Somebody is asleep at the wheel. A simple problem with a simple solution. Oh well. The chair itself is a true winner; it is very supportive and adjustable. If you are diy just get the bolts you need at home depot.

We previously purchased some of these chairs and wanted a couple more, making 6 total. My husband did the assembly, which was easy for him. The chairs hold up well and are comfortable. We use them around a casual dining table, also used as a game, puzzle, and lap top table. It is nice to roll the chairs out to get up or down from the table. Raising and lowering the seat is a nice adjustment when sitting for a long time. The lumbar support and tilt features are good, and it is nice to adjust the arms to have them comfortable. They are also great coat racks!We were very impressed with the speedy delivery!

I needed to upgrade an old office chair, so I began to check out reviews online. This Alera Elusion was a "Choice" selection, so I went with the herd. Fortunately, the price dropped $20 on the heels of Prime Days. Assembly was rather straightforward, the chair adjusts in a number of places. I would purchase this again, especially at the price I paid.

Amazing chair. I now own a total of 4 of them. One which was my first I have had for approximately 4 years now and is still going strong. One I bought for my girlfriend because the chair she got couldn't fit her thighs. We then recently started travelling to spend time with family and bought two more for us to work from their house.Very Comfortable with a thick pad to sit on that has yet to wear out in over 4 years of sitting quite often and it even has enough space to comfortable cross my legs on the seat.. It is also quiet sturdy as I frequently lift my full body weight onto the arm rest to cross my legs and have yet to experience any wear or tear on the arms.I really don't have any complaints about this chair. If I had to find something I would say add a break to lock the wheels so you don't have to worry about rolling but that isn't something that happens often and would be me just nitpicking.

This is the second chair of this type that I've purchaseed from Alera. I spend about 8 hours, or more in my office chair, so comfort is very important to me. This chair provides all the comfort and support that I need without being overpriced and overloaded with features that I never use. The seat pad is perfect. And the mesh back provides good support and allows your back to "breathe". I am 5'8" and about 190lbs.I recommend this product.

This chair is easy to assemble. It seems to be well made and good quality. The only thing is that the back support is over exagerated a little bit. The mesh back bows forward to support the back but causes you to have to sit at perfectly straight posture with no give. We losened the tension knob under the seat and that cause the back to be able to give just enough that we didn't send it back. It's a great chair for a typists because you need excellent sitting posture for that. This chair will be great for some and maybe the back will be to rigid for others. The seat part is wonderful. Very cushy and comfortable, but supportive. Adjusts up and down easily. Does not recline at all. Comfortable arm rests.
