Super easy to install, works as advertised, incredible for the price! Love the quick disconnect drain line which will make the life of this faucet for my setup which is outdoors easy to maintain over winters (which is why i had to replace the prior overpriced model i had...). Works great and looks even better.

Excellent kitchen faucet, it was easy to install and works great. I like the look of it, much better than our old one. It has good water pressure, is easy to switch from stream to spray and great customer service. Swivel works great, it is easy to clean and great height. Would purchase from this comp again.

But vendor replaced it w/o any hassle.They requested a video to show what was going on. I did & they quickly sent out a replacement. Concerned that this might happen again in another year they responded that they will cover their products for life. Good to know!-------------------------------------------------------------------I had a Delta Touch that finally ‘gave up the ghost’ after 13 years, but in this challenging economy I wanted to replace it w/something decent but at a much lower cost. I found this one on Amazon on sale & took a chance.Pros:1. It was very easy to install - which was a BIG plus compared to other styles.2. Looks just as nice as the Delta.3. Actual water control & fan spray are nicer than the Delta.Cons:1. But the big problem was it did not have the magnet in the nozzle head, like the Delta has, which is used to hold the head back in place after retracting the nozzle when done.2. Instead, its design is to use a heavy rubber fat cone that attaches to the hose below the sink. That’s the weight that helps retract the hose & hold it in place. That’s not the big problem. The BIG problem is that the weighted cone BANGS around on all the other drain pipes below the sink as it’s pulled out, as well as, on retraction. So, for a beautiful faucet, its sound upon use was annoying/degrading/unfinished/unprofessional for what looks like it should be a professional high-grade unit.My situation might be more crowded because I have a double kitchen sink, but I believe that anyone would experience some of the same problems w/a single kitchen sink.GOOD NEWS. Immediately contacted the vendor thru Amazon messaging upon installation & experiencing this issue. They’ve been nothing short of extremely responsive in trying to resolve the issue. They had me send pics to show the hose & weighted cone in relation to the drain piping underneath.I mentioned how Delta solved the problem w/a magnetic head. I suggested that they either put a magnet in the head or get some kind of sleeve that would enclose the weighted cone hose so it wouldn’t bang into the drain pipes.Shortly after they came back recommending the “Moen 159060 Pullout/Pulldown Hose Management System (Hose Guide)” https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0088X7S4C/ & told me that they’d reimburse me for that guide. Just to then give an honest review of what happened.Well, I installed it today & it worked!!! Sounds much much better. No more banging around!NOTE: The Moen guide is a tall clear plastic cone w/a hole near the top that connects to a hose connector they provide. It’s designed to be an easy install, but it wasn’t that easy working around all the double drain piping under my double sinks. But, it was doable.HINT: The only suggestion I have for anyone installing the guide is to use some heavy 2” wide clear shipping tape around where it attaches to the hose connector to secure it in place so it can’t slip off. When you get under there you’ll understand why I did that.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After posting my original review of this product (below), the manufacturer contacted me and was eager to see what they could do to make things right. They offered to replace the original product or give me a refund. I asked if they had another model of faucet that would work better with my filtration system, but they did not. They gave me a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. While this product was not a good match for my application, the product overall seems to be of good quality and came with flexible options for easy installation. Also, the manufacturer did come back to me and worked to resolve the situation the best they could. Therefore, I increased my star rating from 2 to 4.I bought this a while back, mainly because the style of it matched my new kitchen sink faucet, and because the price seemed reasonable. The listing states it can be used with "Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration" systems. I have a water filtration system that worked perfectly with my old drinking water faucet, but a wanted a new one that matched the style and finish of my new sink and faucet. While it does match, the water flow is so strong that if you try to fill a cup or glass the water splashes out of it and all over the sink and counter. I contacted the manufacturer and, instead of being eager to help, they seemed to be skeptical about what I was reporting to them, and wanted me to take videos and send them to them. The overall tone of their response did not lead me to believe they truly wanted to help, but instead wanted me to jump through hoops before they would lift a finger to help. I was not impressed with their lack of interest in helping me with this problem. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it was fairly easy to install and came with a variety of adapters and options for installation.

Looks like an expensive faucet but is half the price of the Kohler one I returned. Super sleek, easy to install. The matching soap dispenser is great as well. Have not experienced any leakage as other users have reported.

This faucet is quality. I purchased this faucet to replace a lower quality one that finally quit. I’m very pleased with the ease of installation, the beautiful finish and the spray head. I’m sure that this faucet will last for years.

Cheap, easy to install, works and looks great

I have zero experience installing faucets and was able to install this faucet quite easily! It’s stylish and the shape allows the largest of pots to fit underneath with ease. The pulldown sprayer is wonderful!! A quality item that looks luxe with the matte black finish and would be a great addition in any kitchen.
