Visually the clock is fine. But my clock stopped working within 8 months of purchase and the after service for claiming warranty is just pathetic.Firstly there’s no one you can talk to, you can only email or send a message via WhatsApp. Both of these mediums are often ignored by the agents and no body bothers to reply. Been more than 2 weeks since I messaged and the only response I’ve gotten so far is that my complaint has been registered. No update whatsoever. And all follow ups have been ignored.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING THIS!!!!If you’re looking for a premium clock, look at Titan

The clock stops all of a sudden faulty product very dissatisfied with the quality. Paid ₹1799 for this clock was expecting a good lifetime product but very dissapointed.I just looks great but doesn't work.

Watch stops abruptly at any time. It also lags with time. Customer care service is pathetic. They claim 1 year warranty, but they will stop responding if clock stops working. Useless and very low quality product. Too expensive Recommend not to buy.

The product was bought in November but it has stopped working within 6-8 months of purchase. The worse part is there is no response from Harris and co on the repair. The product is still under 1yr warranty but not getting after sales support. I had so many low cost wall clock options available but bought Harris and Co watch as it looked elegant but never expected that it will stopped working.

Looks are amazing and feels solid due to metal build. One star deducted only due to its pricing. Bought it at 1800 which is bit overpriced. Price of 1300-1500 is acceptable for this.Otherwise looks premium.
