I spent so much time & money trying to find a good mount that works with my magsafe case/phone; and finally found it!!!When I had got mine, it worked just as I hoped it would. Then I ran into the issue of the magnet strip coming apart from the mount itself, I had already received a message from the seller informing me of the warranty & that some of their clips were being reported as breaking. That wasn’t an issue for me though, until I went to message them about my issue and then mine broke too (lol ugh). They sent out a whole product replacement asap & it’s been absolutely amazing!!I’ve been down some rough dirt roads for over 20mins at a time & my phone doesn’t fall, doesn’t move out of place, & isn’t shaking around coming loose.I have the air clip attached & I also have the adhesive mount on my dash, they’re both amazing! Like seriously, if you can not find a dash mount or a cent clip mount that isn’t working OR you’re still looking for one, just buy this one & get it over with lolGreat product that does what you want it to do, is sturdy, & well made, plus good customer service? Enjoy yours when you buy it, I definitely love mine! :)

*update* I have to admit I am amazed with their customer service. They were determined to make things right and even send two double sided tape strips to me. I love seeing customer service like this for that, I give 4 stars .-----------------------------------------------------------This is an excellent choice to hang you phone up. Only problem is the adhesive is weak. The weight of my phone started pulling the whole system down. Easy fix with alien tape or any double sided tape...for that reason it gets three stars.

Look elsewhere. The mount will not stick to the dash. This is my second one. After the first mount came loose after a few days I exchanged it for another mount. This one came loose the week after the return period expired. Now I’m stuck with a mount that won’t stick to my dash.Update: The seller reached out to me even though the return period had expired and provided a replacement for the portion of the mount that sticks to the dash. Good customer service!

I had a previous phone holder that was magnetic and it was much stronger. I went with this one because the other would melt off in the summer sun. This sits on top of the dash. Still holds my phone, I just miss the strength of the previous magnet.

I am someone who needs to have a case and I prefer to have a pop-socket on the back in order to hold my phone comfortably. I bought 5 holders and this is the only one that allowed me to keep my phone in the case AND use the MagSafe pop-socket attachment without removing it! And it was the cheapest of them all. It had a smaller base than the others so I was able to attach it to a part of my dash where it isnt in the way of any vents and doesn't impact my view at all.So many of these dont allow you to use a case which isnt an option for me, or cant accommodate a pop-socket, and this one does both. BUT it does have to be a MagSafe case with the MagSafe pop-socket attachment. You wouldn't be able to use a non Mag Safe case (the magnet in the phone isnt strong enough with the case on) and I dont think using a standard pop-socket would work since it has to line up perfectly with the magnet.I personally used a Casely case. Highly recommend.

The sticky mount after 2 days in semi hot weather has already started to peel off of the dash. I was immediately contacted by the sellers customer service and offered 2 options refund or send new stickers to fix the problem. I chose to try to fix it with new stickers. When they noticed the stickers were on back order they promptly reached out refunded my money and sent new stickers to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this seller.

It does exactly what it says it does and the magnet is strong enough to keep your phone in place. I have an IPhone Max and it still stays put on bumpy roads!

I ordered this as an inexpensive phone holder for my car as I wanted to try one out. The first one came right away, but unfortunately the vent clip broke on the 2nd day of using it. What’s impressive is that I received an email from the manufacturer’s customer service the same day explaining that there have been some design issues with the vent clip & that they would send me a newly designed & improved one for free. I thanked the very kind & professional representative who emailed me & let her know that I would indeed appreciate them sending me the new one. I sent photos of the broken one as requested & they shipped the new one out to me right away. The communication from this company was immediate & very professional. I was impressed.The new one seems to hold to the ac vent a lot better (& it also has a very strong magnet for the phone) & so far, no issues at all. For the price, it’s a good car phone holder & if any issues I can tell you that my experience with the company was excellent.

Fiz muita pesquisa para tentar achar um suporte MagSafe que efetivamente fosse estável, bem construído, bonito, e que, acima de tudo, funcionasse bem. E consegui. Não é barato (impostos Brasil…), mas vale. Tem duas bases, uma para encaixe nas saídas de ar, é uma para colar no painel. As duas funcionam bem, e a base para colar tem alguma flexibilidade para se adaptar a superfícies não totalmente planas. Além disso a unidade magnética pode ser usada com outras bases que tenham encaixe do tipo bola.Sem duvida recomendo.
