Works great in sergers and cover stitch machines to make seems soft!!
As for negative reviews it seems people have been buying this thread to use in non serger/ Cover-stitch machines and have not gotten what they thought they were getting. If your looking for serger thread and want soft stretchy seems on knitt fabrics this will work well. I have not tried it on a regular sewing machine and don’t know if it will work. But it’s great in over lockers. And machines that use a cone of thread on the bottom not just the top

The ONLY thread to use in your serger.
I absolutely love this thread! It is literally the ONLY one I use in my serger. It's an excellent product, consistently proven and it's value can't be beat.

Worked Perfectly
I am VERY new to sewing. Before using this, I had only done a few BASIC projects (masks, a garden apron, and skirt for my daughter's toy). She asked for a mermaid tail, and I needed stretch material and stretch thread. I had a few moments of troubleshooting at the beginning, but I simply had the tension on the machine too high for what I was working with. Afterwards, this worked perfectly for the entire project - better than when working with regular thread!

Great for knit
If you don't know how to use this, it's not the threads fault, it's user error-go Google how to use it people!...But seriously, this stuff is freaking amazing!!! It instantly turns my sewing machine into a cover stitch machine (with a double needle!) (Look down at the hem of your shirt. That is what a cover stitch is.) Most cover stitch machines are $400+. So it's great to have this cheaper option. Remember to hand wind your bobbin first, and then sew like normal. This thread helps give a little stretch to those hems of knit fabric. If it's fraying, try using a tiny bit of hair spray on the tip for easier threading!

Eh not so much
Product arrived on time, otherwise I would not review. The thread unraveled so much it was impossible to make it an inch of stitch and extremely difficult to thread. Maybe it was the tension of the machine or maybe it was user error, in either case it’s never going to get used again.

Good product
I bought this to see a baby blanket. It worked well. I had to use a needle threader to thread the needle which easier because the stretchiness frays the thread after being cut.

Basura with a purpose!
Ok so hear me out, overall this IS NOT the proper thread for what my intended use is (waist beads) Now although I’m not going to allow any of my customers to purchase anything from me using this, but it has been helpful with prototype’s/ practice purposes ONLY. So luckily it wasn’t a total waste of money. You don’t have to use much force at all for this threat to pop. The fraying alone drove me nuts. I wanted to return it, but again FOR PRACTICE ONLY!!!!

I need to learn to use this
So, I will first admit that I am newbie at using stretch threads. I tried this on my basic sewing machine but ended up with nothing but knots. I then used it for hand sewing but found that it is difficult to work with as it separates and I didn't find it to have stretch. Because I know that lots of people like this, I have given it 4/5 stars. I am sure it's just that I don't have the right equipment. But, I did subtract a star because I found that the thread itself does not really stretch much, which is what I expected.
