Item has described and dose exactly as it says on the tin. Windows 11 takes some getting used to.

Replacement.
This item was a replacement for my previous laptop also a Aspire from Acer. My earlier model lasted over five years without fault. However Microsoft in their wisdom decided to stop support of Windows 8.1 so I decided to replace with a updated version of my previous laptop. So far this model has been excellent and very fast startup. One minor note the battery does seem to run down quicker than the old model, other than that I am happy with my new computer

Excellent for browsing the internet & gaming
Bought for my Adult Grandson. He has a gaming PC, but needed a decent laptop for portable gaming with his friends. He says it meets his expectations & he’s very happy with it

Terrible on the internet
Laptop is fine until you try and go on the wifi. It’s ridiculously slow. I can’t even get a download speed of 1MB/Sec. If I use my partner’s laptop in the same spot I can get 40MB/Sec.If I can’t fix it I’m going to have to return it as it’s pretty much unusable online.

Do not believe the battery life claims
It is a nice lightweight computer, performance is a bit sluggish sometimes, nice keyboard, good clear screen of a decent size, but the battery life is very disappointing. "ALL-DAY BATTERY" it claims, "The battery lasts up-to 9 hours from a single charge, allowing you to use it all day without having to worry about charging". Not even close. If you actually want to use it, it is four to five hours at best. Having said that, Acer's claims are no different to other laptop makers. I have yet to find a laptop where the battery life could match the hypothetical claims made in the sales publicity.

Super fast
Great looking laptop starts up fast, good for everyday tasks

Disappointed
Ordering this laptop, took me three weeks to arrive, even though the item was meant to arrive the next day. Each time it was showing on the tracker it may be lost. After many phone calls to Amazon customer service, the laptop finally arrived. I liked the laptop,but to my disappointment I had to return it, as the battery kept draining within minutes of it being turned on. I obviously received a faulty one. I am waiting for a refund as it takes 5 to 7 working days. The inconvenience this has cause me is unacceptable.
