Great aluminum alternative to cheap plastic
Thank you for offering the aftermarket an alternative to the cheap plastic stock part. If you are reading this to install it on your car, remove the thermostat and water pump and use quality parts. Only use the housing. Heed my warning. The housing is awesome though and the whole reason we use it.

Good all aluminum replacement
Second one I have installed. The all aluminum Replacement for the plastic factory one is so far winning. I’ve installed a lot of the factory ones and seem to fail within 20 to 30,000 miles.

Would have been great.
Could have been great but leaked not long after installing.. I suggest using better gaskets.

Works and actually has more durable feel than the OEM
Water pump housing itself is solid however the Thermostat included is chimney and didn't work right for a few days or weekish it was just stuck open. I would have engine temps too cool seems like it either went away or I got better at ignoring it. Overall Good value and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again! No leaking anywhere. I did lubricate all seals with Nylon prior to installing. Would be a 5 start product if wasn't for the Tstat issue which really is a bonus they include it anyways. Well worth the money . Smart buy
