This is good tasting kimchi if you cannot make your own. It’s a little more expensive but I think it’s worth it to have it on hand anywhere at any time. I will buy this again. Good stocking stuffer for a kimchi nut like me! Great with a little short grain rice and sesame/garlic seasoned thin sliced beef. Or, if you like Korean ramen noodles, drape some across the top for a healthier meal. Great for getting your probiotics into your diet. I’ve talked myself into having some right now.

I like it because it's smaller portions and I can use it all in one recipe. Large jars of kimchi end up sitting on my refrigerator and taking forever to use. I'm not so sure that's good for you.

It was a convenient size, so I bought a three pack. Not much flavor, I added some of my own red pepper flakes to help the flavor and increase the heat. It's canned so it will never be really crunchy but this Kimchi was kind of soggy. Not a good product.

I like kimchi and I like it fried, I just don't want to have to make it myself. This is the perfect solution, and I don't have to worry about it becoming over-ripe.

I really don’t like giving low reviews, a lot of times they are just an opinion. I really must say this is one of the worst Kimchis I have ever tried. The only thing that was good about it was the cans are convenient. First of all it is extremely spicy, very spicy more so than what I am used to on any of the other Kimchi I have bought. It definitely tasted processed and in a can type flavor, it was terrible I’m so sorry to have to say that. I absolutely will not ever buy it in a can again, I don’t care what other reviews say! I will stick to the fresh bagged or glass jar that is shipped refrigerated in ice packs. I only took a small bite to know this was not for me at all. I actually threw the can I open as well as the other remaining unopen cans straight into the garbage. It was sincerely that bad. I don’t think even cooking yet and making rice kimchi would have saved it.

I bought it to add to my fried rice. Great favors and not too spicy. It's a little pricy but good to have it in your pantry.
