Product worked great the first few times and then went wonky. Began overflowing every time I would do thick foam, even though I made sure it was on a level surface and just below the max line. Today i decided to give it another shot, so I was being extra careful to follow the use instructions to ensure it was not user error. I noticed the foam getting close to the top again, so I quickly unplugged the machine and then took the tumbler off the base. Apparently the milk was still heating despite not being attached to the base any longer, and even though the lid was tightly on it boiled over the top, all over my hand and was so hot it scalded my hand causing it to swell and turn red and still hurts 30 mins later. I could hear the milk boiling as it scalded me. Not only should it have stopped heating immediately upon removing the power source, the liquid should not be so hot that it boils over and burns someone!!!! This product is not safe and a piece of junk. Do not buy!!!!!!!!

Worked great for 2 months then it died. Machine won’t turn on anymore

Have been using this frother for last two weeks. I got to say foaming is good enough for a cafe latte and an espresso as well. Machine takes some space on your shelf but it’s worth having a separate frothed with a jar.Blends with espresso shots easily and creates a tasty coffee experience. What I found difficulty was cleaning the jar and it takes some time and effort as compared to hand frother. Also it is more expensive than the hand frother.Good things:Don’t need a cup or jar. Froth in the machine itself and use it the milk when required.Leave it unattended. It’s quite simple rather than tilting the hand frother.Noise free. Does its magic without any buzzard machine noise.I specifically used oat milk rather than other milk. It gave me good froth bedside being lactose free. I only wonder what kind of foam it will provide in whole milk.

Order this frother/warmer just a year ago, andI can't believe it's not working anymore for exactly a year.Plugged it in to warm my milk and it just stopped working.Disappointed.

I bought this last year to use when making lattes at home. I used it once or twice, then forgot about it in my cupboard. I found it when cleaning and have been using it pretty frequently for the past month, and it has been working fairly well. Today I added the milk to it and set it on the stand to begin heating. Even before I pushed the button to turn it on, the machine suddenly made a loud pop and this plastic piece on the front popped out and it started smoking out the bottom and out of this gap behind the plastic!! I quickly unplugged it and put the whole thing in the sink because I was worried about an electrical fire, it was still smoking after about 30sec-1 min so I doused it with a bunch of water. Needless to say I am no longer able to use it due to submerging it, but even if I was able to use it, I wouldn’t want to anymore!

Does not froth as expected.

After having it for 1 week, it won’t start. We have done everything to try to turn it on and it won’t turn on. Was excited to use but not any more. Don’t waste your money
