This is a beautiful, versatile monitor with a high-quality screen that’s a pleasure to use.In the box you get: the monitor panel, the monitor stand (in two pieces), the screws needed to assemble and install the stand, a remote control plus 2xAAA batteries, a power supply cable, an HDMI cable, warranty cards in various languages, and a quick start guide.The monitor stand is simple to set up and install, requiring just 3 screws to put this together and attach it to the panel. There are also screw holes on the back of the panel for attaching to a wall mount. The screen size is perfect for working on two pages at once.The quality of the inbuilt speakers is really pretty good, with clear, surprisingly rich sound, though connection to a Bluetooth speaker system is straightforward if you want to upgrade to something more immersive.It does take quite a while to get the monitor/streaming TV set up and running, and this can’t be used as a monitor with basic plug and play functionality without completing Wi-Fi setup and Samsung registration (as we discovered while waiting for a new broadband subscription and router). I wasn’t a fan of being forced to create a Samsung account as the very first step after connecting to Wi-Fi. I don’t think I’ll be using anything that couldn’t have been kept at a local level, apart from subscription streaming services and Microsoft 365 (which have their own separate sign-ins). This extra account seems to be required for watching live TV and using the Samsung guide - not things I plan to do using this.The remote control is a simple, streamlined affair - similar in design to the remotes that come with an iMac, Apple TV, or Fire Stick rather than a traditional TV remote.I think it’s a bit of a shame that the designated streaming service buttons on the remote are pre-assigned rather than programmable - given a choice I would definitely have assigned a button to Disney+ rather than Netflix, though the Prime Video button is one I am using. Disney+ is still accessible (as are loads of other services), but it’s not quite as straightforward as a single button press. I cancelled Netflix years ago, so for me this really isn’t a useful button. But this is a small niggle.

Bought to use as a vertical monitor (ie in portrait orientation) for reading music scores/tablature.Super quality picture.Able to rotate and zoom in on image (from usb or android phone, Samsung S8+) using the provided remote.There are many features which I will rarely (if ever) use, but it does exactly what I wanted. Well worth the £280 (or thereabouts).

The product is fine but they did send me the wrong one, i wanted and ordered the black one but got white instead

When the TV arrived it was so easy to put together, the sound quality is brilliant and picture quality is spot on, money worth spent on this and will be looking to get the same one again in the new year... Don't be fooled by some of the negative feed back, this tv is amazing...

Note this doesn’t have the facility for live TV. You will need to purchase a Freesat or Freeview box to go with it. Picture is excellent and it has all the usual apps - Netflix, Prone, Disney, Apple TV just to mention a few

Ordered one of these and it came dropped with the corner broken and a black line down the middle of the screen when I turned it. Replaced it with another and it was even worse. Wouldn't even let me set it up and the picture was terrible. Got to send this one back too. Absolutely ridiculous.
