Finally! something that actually covers my grey!
I went through a period of having to leave my hair grey to grow out because nothing seemed to cover. I actually phoned Clairol to ask about their product since I wasn't sure I'd ever find anything that would work. The box contains a pre-color packet to put on your roots (especially important on darker colors) then the color and developer that you mix together and apply and leave for 30 minutes. Next, you rinse, not wash, and put on a conditioner that you rinse off after 5 minutes. It' takes a little more time this way, but what I've found is that I don't have a root line! After several weeks I reapplied to keep the color fresher. I'm very happy with this product. I don't use the entire contents each time, but divide it up and get more than one application from it.

Old Product/but got a refund
Product was from 2014 — expired. Hopefully it’s replaced or refunded and I’ll upgrade this rating then.Changed to four stars because they promptly refunded my account and made it right. Perhaps I just got a bad box! Either — they made it right! Thanks!
