2014+ Mitsubishi Mirage Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) Housing for Custom Air Intake

Update: After about a five days of driving with this item and my custom cold air intake I had my check engine light pop on. Nothing to do with this product, but I wanted to upload a new picture of the new set up for any other Mitsubishi mirage owners out there. The first picture (blue) was the initial set up, was a 3 inch universal intake pipe with a 3-2 inch reducer. I had a feeling it wouldn't work but for $24 it was with a shot Haha. Second picture new set up, 2.5 inch filler, 2 inch aluminum intercooler pipe, 2 inch coupler, connected to this product (maf) down into the stock silicone pipe that connects to the throttle body. For the filter - pipe I cut a piece of the coupler reducer I wasnt using and put it between the filter and pipe to eliminate the gap, worked great!!! Oh also have a universal heat shield with a metal bracket connected to the manifold to eliminate any shaking noise. By doing this set up my check engine light went away, car runs smoothly, and has a better acceleration. Definitely happy that this guy makes this maf sensor adapter!Works great for my custom intake for my 2015 Mitsubishi mirage DE!! I only drove it around the block with no code popping up and let it sit and run for about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend if you're looking to add a intake to your mirage

This product is 100% worth it. I found this product in the Mirage Forum. I was looking for a way to get rid of the annoying shaking of the air intake and a possibility in helping with “take off power” as the Mirage gets bogged down. This product helped both of those problems and now my Mirage sounds like more of a car than a lawn mower. I actually got a 3mpg increase in driving both on Highway and city. Best of all, no check engine light!

Pressure tested the housing and found a leak where the sensor housing and tube meet. Not a hard fix, but slightly annoyed.

Removed the shaking and noise of the factory air intake box. Bought this and a k&n filter. Just the filter no pipe. Had to had the filter for proper measuring. Installing a PVC pipe from hardware store.

The media could not be loaded.  '19 Mirage G4Disclaimer *I'm using an android and for whatever reason it sounds like a misfire or Engine knock. Neither of these are an issue. Its just the downsizing of the audio and video format due to Amazon when you upload a review. Thanks for your time.

Great packaging! Perfect fit for my 2015 Mirage. Fitment for the 2015 Mirage MAS is perfect. Didn't have an issue with mounting the MAS. Great purchase if you're looking to install an intake for your 2015 Mirage.

It worked, it blew out my mafs and made the transmission act up so I had to remove it. Pretty sad about the outcome
