Animal Barrier Fence 30x15-inch with 2inch Spike Spacing Underground Decorative Garden Fence for Dogs Galvanized 4 Gauge for Outdoor Patio(4 Pack)

i chose these panels over the higher end version and was not disappointed ,same heavy gauge galvanized steel. i bought a rubber mallet to pound in stakes.. i have an old post and pier house with long panels covering open sides. i live near a state park and always have had coon and possums digging under them . well , i started hearing them up under bathtub and then up the walls into the ceiling..yikes !! they kept tripping the traps and i was at the end of my rope. i am a retired lady on a fixed income and do not have endless amounts of cash to keep calling wildlife removal. so... one youtube video suggested marshmallows, and within 2 days i caught a small female, next night a large male possum. i just happened to stumble on these panels on amazon and started comparing them. i settled on this brand and crossed my fingers. when they arrived , i was surprised at the weight of them.solid hard to bend.because post and pier foundations are rocky, bring a shovel to trench down ,removing rocks, roots etc...press panels at angle and start pounding back and forth slowly straitening back up as close to foundation as possible .because of my situation, i pounded a weld loose and just shoved that one down. i am sure that if i had a regular track home there would be no trenching or other troubles that i have had. i back filled with topsoil and the small rocks and such. all in all....1.5 hour job..easy ! i have not seen animal tracks at all, so i think i fixed what would have been a much worst scenario..

Sturdy, silver, looks like an oven rack with one rim missing. Easy to insert into the ground. Stops my dog from enlarging animal travel sites through the fence. I t does look like i have an oven rack on my side of the fence so I may paint it brown or black to disguise the shininess of it. It’s sturdy and solid.

After having foundation repair here in north Texas we were left with tunnels under our slab. They became apparent after a time due to the dirt shifting in the hot summer. Skunks soon tunneled in! These fence pieces were easy to install & go all the way in to the ground so they’re not seen. Skunks can NOT penetrate them.

Other than one of the welds breaking because I was stuck on a rock this did exactly what it was designed to do.after installing my dog tried escaping and failed he's tried a couple more times but has figured out he can not. MONEY WELL SPENT

I have tried hardware cloth, bricks, rocks and pavers to try and keep my mini schnauzer in the yard, all to no avail. (There is a doggie door, he can come in or out whenever he wants.) He is a clever little adventurer who, in the past, has figured out how to peel back, bend, move, or go under everything I used to block his path. Until now. These barriers were easy to install (in hard soil you can hammer them in - they won't break) and have finally done the trick. The dog has tried to squeeze between two of them (I set them 4" apart) with no luck, and tried digging under them. He got down nearly10 inches, AND GAVE UP! Barrier didn't budge and he hasn't tried again. It's a freaking miracle!

These are fantastic for keeping my dogs from digging under our fence. It’s great for keeping our dogs safe

This review is for the “Doniks No Dig Fence Animal Barrier Fence 30x15-inch with 2inch Spike Spacing Underground Decorative Garden Fence for Dogs Galvanized 4 Gauge Dig Defence for Outdoor Patio(4 Pack) ” which had a price of $55.99 for four 30 inch long barrier pieces (about 10 feet in total) at the time of this review.This 4 pack of 30 inch lengths of "No Dig Fence Animal Barrier Fence sections" are a bit expensive at $14.00 per 30 inch section of "Animal barrier"These "Animal Barrier fence stakes" are meant to keep your dogs (or other animals) from digging under your fence or to help close off any gaps at the bottom of your fence line. The funny thing is that many of the pictures on here show/have these "Animal Barrier fence stakes" installed incorrectly. It's quite perplexing to me why people would pay the added expense to get these and then use them so blatantly wrong like they were a tiny border fence when these "Animal Barrier fence stakes" are meant to be driven fully into the ground leaving only the smaller portions of the enclosed squares visible.Each section of these "Animal Barrier fence stakes" are about twice the length of the other brand of a similar "No Dig Fence Animal Barrier Fence stakes" that I have. These "Animal Barrier fence stakes" are Galvanized 4 Gauge steel. There are a few things that make these"Animal Barrier fence stakes" somewhat difficult to put in. The stake portions of these "No Dig Fence Animal Barrier Fence sections" are not sharpened at all as well as a bit more flimsy than I would like which makes the sections of these "Animal Barrier fence stakes" a bit more difficult to put them fully into the ground at the proper depth. You will also need quite a lot of them to secure your whole fence line but it would be more economical to just use these "Animal Barrier fence stakes" primarily where ever you may have bottom gaps in your fence line or wherever your dogs (or other animals) may have tried digging under your fence. Be sure that you repack any such dig holes with rocks, then packed down rocky soil to potentially decrease the chances of your dogs reopening any such "pre-dug" gaps that your dog or other animals may have previously caused to your fence line.“Doniks No Dig Fence Animal Barrier Fence Stakes" would be better if they were MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE for a mere 10 feet of total barrier coverage that is gained from the 4x "Animal Barrier Fence Stakes" included in this set. The lengths of each section as well as their flat tipped stakes make these "Animal Barrier Fence Stakes" more difficult to install than they should be. The manufacturer should really consider adding a proper edge to these stake to make them much more user friendly.

Heavy duty. My dog no longer gets out! Highly recommend
