Best product which I ever used for my breathing during sleep. I didn't know how I was living without this. It changed my life.

Not as good quality as expected. I had another pair of silicone dilators that didn't have these ridges on the inside that are very uncomfortable. The silicone is also not as flexible or soft.

J'utilise ce produit toute les nuits depuis presque 2 ans maintenant à cause d'une déviation de la cloison nasale, et ça avait était énorme ma qualité de respiration et donc de sommeil juste par principe de laisser passer plus facilement d'air par le nez. Donc je ne peux que vous le recommander. Par contre si l'objectif c'est des ronflements trop fort, je ne pense pas que le simple fait de " laisser passer plus facilement l'air par le nez " puisse avoir un réel impacte, souvent c'est une histoire de clapet donc ne vous attendez pas à des miracles. La matière silicone est agréable, avec les petite rainures pour bien maintenir ainsi que le petit triangle sur le dessus pour bien se " bloquer " derrière les narines. On s'y habitue, personnellement je ne peux plus m'en passer. Avoir un petit paquet de 12 c'est un énorme plus, j'étais obligé de prendre des packs avec 6 modèle différent pour n'en utiliser qu'une seule taille alors bon ... Je savais ce que je voulais acheter, et c'est exactement le produit attendu. Peace

Not only does it help stop snoring, I can breathe much much better with this. I feel air rushing into my nostrils like I have never before. I think because of this, I can sleep quicker than usual. If you have nasal issues, or if you feel you can breathe better when you slightly move your nose towards the left or right, then this product will work wonders for you.

These nose vent are excellent for me ,they are soft and comfortable . For 4 years I had been using Max Air nose cone , and for 2 pairs per box it was $33.54 from shoppers drugs Mart in Canada , expensive as they were only good for a couple of mounts ,and were not as comfortable as these nose vent for $12.99 for 12 pairs I bought 3 weeks ago , Max Air nose cone was irritating the inside of my nose. If you have a medium nose get the medium soft silicone nose vent , if you have a larger nose then you will need the large one , they also have extra large , but make sure you get the ( soft silicone ) not the plastic as they have a mix box of different size nose vent mix with plastic and silicone .
