If it weren't for this book I'd still be stuck in 3rd dimensional thought patterns. I read a lot of occult and witchcraft books etc. I have been a practitioner for about 15 years now and this has always been a challenge for me. I have experimented with many different hermetic exercises etc. Until reading this book I was unable to 'find a way to make it an asset'. For me it was always about protection. I have learned thru this HOW to project and transmute these energies. I highly recommend this book to anyone empathic. ALSO! I must say I do love how in the beginning the difference between having empathy, being empathetic and being empathic was clearly defined. I found this for me to be of significant importance. An excellent, down to earth explanation of empathy and how to manage it. He provides advice for the pitfalls of being an empath as well as solid instructions for shielding and grounding.

Best book ever. I have bought 2 for friends and 1 for myself.

I haven't finished the book yet, but I can tell you information is extensive and informative. I find the author extremely persuasive and knowledgeable.
