⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Hiking Shoes – Comfortable Right Out of the Box! The Merrell Women's Moab 3 Hiking Shoes have quickly become my favorite outdoor shoes. They were incredibly comfortable right out of the box with very little break-in time, which is a huge plus for anyone who enjoys hiking or spending time outdoors. The support and cushioning are excellent, making long walks and hikes much more comfortable. They provide great stability on uneven terrain, and the traction gives me confidence whether I'm on a trail, gravel path, or wet ground. I also appreciate how durable they feel while still being lightweight enough to wear all day. My feet stay comfortable even after hours of walking, and the fit is true to size. These shoes are a great combination of comfort, support, and durability. Whether you're an avid hiker or just looking for a reliable shoe for outdoor adventures, the Moab 3 is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

Very good quality, not the waterproof hiking shoes, but I didn’t feel I needed them. The weight is good. Support should be good once I try on with the correct socks. Love the color, Brindle/Tea. On the box it showed the color lighter then they actually are, which I’m happy about. The toe box is great. Someone responded to my question if I order a size 8, will it be wide enough, normally wear a size 7 1/2 wide. The gal told me yes they would. I went one step further and called Merrell customer service, and she told me yes, if the review by Amazon and the gal that responded said get the 1/2 size larger then do it. So very happy I listened. They are perfect. I didn’t want to have to return. 12-31-23: I haven’t been wearing my hiking boots, which I love, but the laces are to short, they keep coming undone, so when I got back from my walk today, took laces out to measure- round lace at 46” long. There are 5 eyelets per side which is a total of 10. I looked online, 10 eyelets they should have 72” length. Shame on you Merrell. It would be nice to get a free pair of laces from Merrell, but I’m not holding my breath. 12-31-23: NOT MERRELLS FAULT, was this old ladies fault, go thing I’m able to laugh at myself at 71 years young. Look I didn’t realize what the length of the lace should be, I thought it was 10 all together, did not know to divide it, so the actual length was what I got. I chose to go up a size, 36”should be correct. They were round laces, and wouldn’t stay tied, so I ordered 72” length, to long, really never bought laces since I always wore mules. I went up to 40” length, and a flat lace. I have neuropathy in my fingers and feel very little. So very hard to tie my shoes, that’s why I was getting mules. I decided to go with 40” so I can double tie them. Thank you Amazon for letting me cancel my order to the correct length, I was able to cancel since wasn’t shipped yet. Thank you Amazon for your great service.

This sneaker is quality! The support throughout the structure is excellent. It offers stability to my gait and great foundational support for my gait. Plus, it is comfortable and looks sporty-smart! I brought this brand years ago and needless to say they did not disappoint. I can say the same with this new pair. On a personal note, recently I injured my hip, knee & ankle. As soon as I put on my new sneakers, I felt my gait return and my walk felt stabilized. Grateful for the quality of shoe wear!

These arrived right away, also perfectly packaged in their shoebox along with the wool socks I ordered at the same time, both in the same plastic mailer. I wasn't sure I would like the color, described as taupe, with the yellow/gold lace loops, thinking I might wish I had ordered a darker or grayish tone color with cool colored accents. But these are beautiful with a light celedon tint to the fabric and a lovely cocoa color to the leather accents. And th gold is very pretty next to these colors. Size was my biggest concern as there were so many varying reviews. Although I generally wear an 8-1/2 I decided to order a size 9. I put them on right away and thought they felt just right. Stood up and pressed my thumb on top of my big toe that stops right wh fabric upper and the black rubber toe meet. Toes are not jammed against the tip of the to area, wiggle room for all my toes but not too big or loose feeling. But the solid arch support does feel like it sits back a bit under my arch, not exactly center. So I was thinking I should order another pair in 8.5 to compare. But I am extremely pronated and a really good arch support can feel a little odd at first. I even asked my husband to confirm (he used to manage a sporting goods store and fitted many customers for the right shoes, etc.) He agreed they are not too big. So I think the 8-1/2 might be too snug, etc. I also have a very narrow foot, although with age that may not be quite as true as it once was? My foot does not slip at the heel so I think a half size up was the right decision.

Good, comfortable shoes. I have high arches and they provide great arch support. Size is true to size. First wear, I went on a 2 hr moderate hike and my feet didn’t hurt at all. They were a little bit slippery in some areas with water, but overall did well in dry rocky areas. My only complaint is the color is not what it looks like in the photo. I ordered the Moonbeam color and the sole is dark grey/almost black. Then I ordered the Reed color to see if it would be beige, but they’re more of a butter yellow color. Ended up returning the Reed ones and kept the Moonbeam ones because I needed new shoes asap. I attached a photo of them side by side.

So impressed with the Moab 3 hiking shoes! I usually hike in mid height boots but decided to try these since they are lighter and take up less room in my suitcase. I actually bought some for my two teens also. The shoes arrived right in time for our week long vacation in Moab, coincidentally. Now I understand why these shoes are called Moab! They were perfect for all the hiking on rock and sandstone, no slipping ever. We were climbing on slot canyon walls like Spider-Man thanks to these shoes. Our feet were comfortable and no blisters after three 8+ mile hikes, as well as multiple shorter hikes. We didn’t test them in water since they aren’t waterproof. I will attest to their breathability and durability though! I can’t wait to wear them again on my next hiking adventure. I’m normally a size 10 in running shoes and that’s what I ordered in these. They fit perfectly and felt great with my mid-cushion hiking socks. I tried on the waterproof version of the Moab 3 hiking shoe and the size 10 was actually too short and tight in the toe box. So I would say go up a half size if you are getting the waterproof version.

This hiking shoe is my new favorite! I usually like to put at least twenty miles on a new pair of shoes before I do any serious hiking or walking. These Merrell Moab 3 hiking shoes were delivered just two days before I left on a trip to Moab, Utah to do hiking in Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. I was only able to get about seven miles on these shoes before my trip. They fit perfectly and are true to size. No need to break in this shoe. The Vibram soles are amazing on my plantar fasciitis. I was able to hike to Delicate Arch and several other hikes. They had great traction on the slick sandstone. I put in about fifteen miles of hiking the first day in Arches NP. These shoes helped my feet feel their best. I have the Moab 2 Waterproof hiking shoes as well and I love them, but when I’m not in cold or wet climates, the waterproof shoes get too hot. These Moab 3 shoes are perfect for dry hiking. I put about thirty miles on them in three days of hikes, and my feet never got sore or even achy. I will definitely purchase these shoes again.

I have purchased Merrill shoes in the past. These shoes seem to be of the same quality as those I bought years ago. They seem to be authentic Merrill shoes. I usually wear a size 8 shoe. My heel to toe measurement is 9.5 inches. I purchased a size 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I have approximately 3/4 of an inch between the tip of my big toe and the toe of the shoe. I like a little bit of room so I don’t experience discomfort walking down hills. The shoes have an ample toe box without the heel being loose. The sole is stiff which I prefer in a hiking shoe because I feel it gives me more stability. I walk 10-12 miles daily. I wear out shoes like nobody’s business so I’m always on the lookout for a good pair of shoes at a reasonable price. These shoes are at the top end of my budget for shoes but I think they might last a little while. The color is a cute light lavender. An added bonus because I would have purchased them regardless of color. I’m happy with my new shoes.

I have never purchased a shoe, online or in person, that fit so perfectly and comfortably from the moment I slipped my foot in. I have owned and enjoyed Merrell shoes before but this one beats them all. I have an average width foot, with a high instep, small beginners bunions, and squashed up fourth and pinky toes. I was looking for a shoe with a roomier toe box that would accommodate my instep and fit securely in the heel. The traction pattern and low slip sole compound were also important attributes. This shoe excels in all of these areas. The cushioning throughout is firm yet not stiff. Outstanding toe box design with a good shape and lots of room, but does not feel at all sloppy. Secure and comfortable heel cup. The grip is excellent and not so aggressive that you stumble on paved/cement surfaces. Last but not least, the green colour is absolutely everything I’ve ever wanted in a green shoe. I don’t want neon, or lime, I just want a nice natural and pleasant green. Which these are!! Hurray for green and huge kudos to Merrell for knocking it out of the park with these shoes. I unhesitatingly recommend these shoes and would buy another pair in an instant. Side note - as has been happening distressingly often of late - Amazon’s delivery promise was broken. There is no recourse as with a (expensive) Prime membership, shipping is considered to be free. Unfortunately, some of us order from Amazon because we need something last minute and have no other way of acquiring it. Three of my last four orders have been delayed from one to five days and you can’t even file a complaint. Shame on you.

Ayer fui a Los Dinamos y tiene en excelente agarre, no me resbalé ni una vez, ni en la subida, ni en la bajada. En pasto mojado también te sostienen muy bien. Me sentí muy segura en el recorrido.
