Perfect for what I needed it for
I like to have the full keys because there is something special about playing 88 keys. So far I am satisfied with the keyboard. It does the job, nothing too complicated.

Major problems with Cubase
This review is for the Launchkeys 88 mk3 only.I tried for 2 days to get this working with Cubase Artist 11, it would constantly crash Cubase when trying to load the Mackie Hui protocol (which the Launchkey uses). The Novation tutorials on using this with Cubase 11 simply did not work for me.In the end I had to upgrade to Cubase Artist 12 to resolve the issues.Cubase 12 recognizes the launchkeys on plugging in and gives access to all the extra controls on the Launchkeys.Great controller keyboard once it's working, not so great having to spend an extra 68 bucks on an upgrade to get it working.UPDATE.After a while using Cubase 12 - this keyboard does NOT work properly at all.Having this keyboard plugged in whilst trying to load Cubase will not work.Plugging this keyboard in whilst running Cubase will work up until Cubase looses connection with the Launchkey and it reverts back to it's initial state.Upgraded to Windows 11 - exactly the same problem.Wiped computer and reinstalled Cubase - exactly the same problem.Disable Mackie hui in Cubase 12 - same problem. In my opinion if your a Cubase user - AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE !
