Well made and functional

Ordered these to use on my wine fridge and my regular fridge

They are all in use and I have worked out well. Today there aren’t many surges on the power lines, but the low cost of these surge protectors makes their use worthwhile

The product looks working just fine. Just received a pack of 2. The led light is turning on for 2 of them in most of the outlets in my house BUT not in a specific one that I wanted to use it, Undersink where is the garbage disposal..what could be wrong with that outlet?

One for the dryer and one for the fridge. Seem to work just fine. Could not find anything like these at box stores, so bought these.

I feel compelled to write a review after having 3 of 4 of these fail within 2 months (no linger returnable or I would). One never worked to begin with so the quality control is not good. The other 2 shut off on separate devices: 1 a 1500W hot water kettle (that one blew the stinky electrical smoke that smells like dead electronics) and the other on a battery charger that was drawing well under 1000W.I’ve used another brand for years without an issue and thought these would work great with the 90 degree turn. These just are not made with any sense of quality and the 90 turn takes up a lot of space. Try something else.Update (a few months later): These are not safe at all - all 4 are now dead and the last one sent out a nice puff of smoke before dying. fortunately I was nearby and quickly flipped off the breaker. These are dangerous and I’m switching back to the reputable brand I’ve never had a single issue with.Not worth the risk - please do not use these!

Seems to be good quality. Angled connector is great for going behind appliances. I’m using these for refrigerator.

I use this item to suppress the surge generated by a DC to AC inverter. The 300 watt inverter is used to power a Danby mini fridge, but because of the high surge that happens at startup the inverter cuts out. This surge suppressor dampens the energy surge, preventing the inverter from shutting down. It works well, but loses one star because the external casing is a hard plastic that can crack or shatter if dropped.

I like this product I'm just not sure why the bright LED was required.

These are great. I've bought a bunch of them. The clear case lets you see all three MOVs inside of the unit, which is good for diagnosing units that have been roasted by surges. The build quality is excellent. The downward facing outlet is good and bad. If you have the space the downward facing outlet is way better than having cords sticking straight out of your wall, but if there's no space then you can't use them. Overall these are my favorite MOVs and I use them where possible.
