Q: is it waterproof at all?

I used it to pressure wash my house. The zipper may get wet with direct spray.

Q: Are these able to be autoclaved?

I would have a concern about the elastic portions being destroyed by the heat of an autoclave. I would not expect the Tyvek material to be affected. I have not tried anything other than machine washing. Sorry for t he non-answer.

Q: Does this material breath?

no it does not breath. in a warm environment you will sweat a lot
