Whilst this is perfect for pizza dough, I’ve found use for it proving, cooling or storing all sorts of stuff. Good and sturdy, easy to clean and lid fits well.

Got box to prove pizza dough. Holds 6x250gm balls. Fits in fridge just right. Box is sturdy and well made, with definitely no odours as one review described. Totally odours free. It doesn't have a boxed out section around the inside base of the box as others seem to, which is a great advantage for cleanly scraping dough patties out The lid was damaged in transit but the excellent Solent Plastic after sales delivered a perfect lid 2 days later. Great product and great company. Will use again.

I make a lot of pizza. We have pizza every week. I used to store the dough balls in a lock n lock box. This worked well, but it was always a bit tricky to get the dough out. I’ve watched a lot of pizza making videos and people tend to use boxes like these, so I thought I’d give it a go. The box is sturdy and good quality. It does just about fit in our fridge. The pizzas I make are usually about 11” and 6 dough balls fit in nicely, with room to double in size. I will probably end up buying another one of these boxes because I want to start making my own rolls and baguettes.

It works, nice quality, big enough for 6 pizza dough balls (8 if they touch). You can buy direct which is cheaper, but the ordering process is a right old faff so if you're just wanting one box Amazon is your best bet.

I initially purchased a larger one (who was I kidding, I’m never going to make that many pizzas). This was the perfect size for a small family I can easily fit in eight pizza dough balls. I like to make them the day before and let them slow proof in the fridge.
