WOODRIVER Dust Connection 4" OD Self Clearing ABS Blast Gate Fitting

I will give 5 stars but the plastic is very thin and can break easily, it cant be installed on a wall or cabinet it just designed to be on the floor. Good idea but cheap material.

I had two non-self-clearing blast gates mounted to my table saw, and they started to jam up with particles that got caught in the sliding area. It took only a few weeks before I had trouble with them. However, I have not had that problem with this self-clearing blast gate. After many uses, these self-clearing blast gates still work smoothly and are not binding.These blast gates not only work suction for my table saw, but also my jointer. So these see lots of action and just the right size particles that jam up normal blast gates. They install just like all the other plastic blast gates and the sizing is the same (other than having the longer gate).Overall, I highly recommend these if your ductwork mounting has room for the extra long gate.

I bought this gate b/c of the self cleaning aspect. They work fine and I would (will) buy more if I need them. However, they are a bit flimsy and don't feel all that sturdy. I dropped one of them and it came apart. I was able to glue it back together and it works fine.

These guys are hard to find. They are freaking awesome.
