Handy and convenient

The machine, purchased in June is not working. There has been NO way to contact the brand or the vendor. The existing contact details are incorrect. The seller ALPAS CORPORATION does not seem to exist at the address, whi is of an AMAZON reseller, but three other companies are shown at the address. We have been looking for a solution for weeks but unable to find one.

It’s a useful machine but tricky to use.+VE- Freshens up clothes very fast.- Removes 80% to 90% wrinkles.- Steam output is good.- Fast ready-to-use-VE- You don’t need 10 settings for steam output. All fabrics are done at 5 to 9 setting. What we need is a low-medium-high output setting only to take care of practically all fabrics available in India.- Insufficient height. Longer clothes need you to sit down and work.- Steam output at lower heights decreases and then stops due to Air-Lock in the hose pipe- User manual is useless with limited assembly and usage guide.- You need to be careful for draining the tank/machine after every use.- The company has a policy of NO Service on weekends/holidays. It took more than 6 weeks to coordinate a Demo of the product.

The media could not be loaded. Good service . Good demo. However the metal and plastic quality could have been more sturdy . It’s easy to use .
