⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stylish, comfortable, and versatile
This Serta chair combines chic design with practical comfort. The mid-back design, low-slung arms, and chrome nailhead accents make it a stylish addition to any room, while the memory foam pocket coil seat and padded backrest provide a comfortable sit for casual use. Assembly was straightforward with the included hardware kit, and the swivel metal base with smooth-rolling casters works well on rugs and carpets. It feels sturdy and supportive, for me. Overall, a versatile chair perfect for a vanity, office, or extra seating with both style and comfort.

What a great little chair
This is a great little chair so far. It was relatively easy to assemble, but did take a little effort to get the holes of the two pieces aligned; however, that is because they are designed to fit together snuggly. I'm only 5'4" and 110lbs and managed to do it. I slid the top into the metal pieces of the bottom and sat on the edge of the top to push it down enough to get them to align. It took me maybe 15 minutes to put it together by myself. The seat is very comfortable and gives just enough, but still offers great support. I didn't want high arm rests on a chair to actually rest my arms, but I don't love the look of armless chairs. This one is a happy medium. With the low 'arms' it has a more polished look, but leaves room for me to sit cross-legged if I want to. I got the light gray twill fabric and it's beautiful and looks very similar to a custom fabric I picked out for my sofas. Looks to be very good quality. I wish I had gotten the darker gray, but that's on me. All in all I'm very happy with this and hope to use it for many years to come. I highly recommend it!

It gets the job done, but not without some anxiety
I recently set up a work-from-home space and wanted a chair that was attractive yet would allow me to sit comfortably for 12+ hours a day. For context I am a 5'5", 230 lb woman. The chair is wide and deep and the seat, while firm is very supportive and even over the last few days has started to soften up and has only gotten more comfortable with time. It is very attractive and it doesn't scream "desk chair". As other people have stated, the assembly is a bit tricky as the holes on the bottom of the seat can be hard to line up, but with the back of the chair lying on the ground and the seat at a 90 degree angle to the base, I had my husband push down on the seat portion and this allowed me to insert the bolts connecting the two pieces with ease - this would NOT have been an easy assembly with only one person. My only other concern, and I'm not sure if this is because the chair is still getting broken in or what, but it does occasionally creak and almost sound like the fabric is ripping. Thus far this has only been alarming as there is no visible damage to the chair whatsoever. Overall, I would purchase this chair again, and would recommend it to people who are looking for an attractive yet comfortable office chair.

Comfortable, good for short people
I looked at a ton of chairs trying to find a balance between looks and comfort. After reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on this one. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but there's a few cons to consider. I'll list my pros and cons to help others decide if this chair seems like a good fit for them. Pros: - COMFORTABLE! I wfh (8-10 hour days) like many people right now and it's comfortable enough that I forget I'm sitting in it. A chair you don't think about is a good chair! - I'm Short (4'11) and this chair has a wide range of heights it can be situated at. The highest point is quite high and the lowest my feet can reach the group comfortably. I keep it on a midway setting and use the wheels are footrests to be at the optimal height for my desk. An added bonus is I have a sit-stand desk so if I have the desk in the stand position and set the chair at its highest setting I can take the occasional sit rest and not have to adjust the desk. An unexpected pleasant feature! - I'm fat (200lbs) and the size of the seat comfortably accommodates my ample bottom. I don't feel squeezed into it by any means. That said, someone who is heavy but isn't also petit might have issues with the width. The seat is probably wide enough for a skinny person to sit cross legged in. - it has nice lumbar support. I can lean back and feet supported. Cons: - The biggest con for me is the lack of arm rests. I thought from the pictures that the sides would come up high enough to be arm rests like those on a chair but they do not. It was disappointing but I find I'm comfortable resting my arms in my lap so it hasn't been bothering me much. - While it was quick to put together it was difficult since things don't line up especially well. It was a two person job while I compressed the chair frame to get things to line up enough for my husband to screw the base of the chair together. The wheels also required a lot of force to get them on the stand. I suspect this may be why some people's wheels broke. If you order this and you're a petite person you might consider calling a strong friend for help. - it advertises having a tilt function (unless I'm not understanding what "swivel tilt" means) but its tilt is negligible. It's maybe enough to give you some mild flexibility when stretching but it isn't much, really. For me the pros outweigh the cons considerably and I'm very happy with the way it looks. I ordered the light gray and it matches my desk perfectly. I'll likely be moving into a small apartment soon and if my computer desk setup winds up in the living room I wouldn't be embarrassed having this chair in there.

Like a big cushy chair on wheels
Many other reviews stated that this was not a Serta chair, however mine came in a Serta box and has Serta tags. This didn't particularly matter to me, but wanted to include this information in my review. The chair itself was pretty easy to assemble by myself (female, petite-ish), I followed the directions that it came with and had it all done in about 30 minutes. It's a super comfortable chair that's nice and wide which is what I wanted so that I could sit cross-legged in it. The fabric texture is great, and the seat is nice and cushy. I was surprised by the amount of back support it has as well. It basically feels like you're sitting in a club chair on wheels. The height and tilt are adjustable, and was a nice upgrade from the stationary-type of chair that I had been using previously. Overall I am extremely happy with this chair - the price was great, it looks great, and it's very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

10 min to put together - did need the help of my 7 yrs old son to put pressure on the back of the chair to line up the wholes LOL. It’s a bit firmer then I though (in a good way) and it tilts!! I love it. I don’t have back issue so I don’t know how much support if offers but for for me, it’s perfect. Plus, it offers enough room to criss cross my legs - I work 10hr shifts so for me, it was a must!

Para mi, vale la pena costo/beneficio. Gran diseño, buena calidad (para el precio), lo único es que el asiento es duro. Pero no me molesta..

Beautiful high end chair perfect for my home office. Easy to assemble. Seat is very firm. But since it's memory foam,, I'm sure it'll soften up with use. I'm so pleased with this purchase.

I love this chair, and will say that its super comfortable. I found it beyond frustrating to do any research on this chair and to find any information on the comfort level, as well as the colour options, as most people talked about building issues or got the wrong colours. I'm not sure why Serta doesn't directly sell this chair, as it makes it very difficult to find any information on, as well as to locate in Canada. I work from home, and spend many hours a day at my desk doing computer work, so finding a chair that's comfortable was paramount for me, and this completely fits the bill. I've bought and sold two different Herman Millar chairs and many other office chairs in between and none of them worked for me.. I think in some part due to my smaller size as well as just being picky and wanting something really comfortable. If you are looking for a comfortable chair, I highly recommend this one. I like that the arms are lower on this chair as well as the mid high back, which works for me. I find that the cushions aren't overly soft, but also not too firm either, so sitting for long hours is no problem. I'm happy that I took a chance in ordering this chair online, as I wasn't sure if I'd be happy with it, but I really am. The only thing I'm not loving about this chair is the colour as its a warmer beige and doesn't work with my apartment, but otherwise everything else is great. I also sit crosslegged sometimes, and wasn't sure if I could do that in this chair, but I can comfortably, which I love! I am 5'6" tall with longer legs, and my feet can just go flat on the floor, so if you are any shorter, that may be something to think about. Overall, fantastic chair, super easy to build unlike the numerous complaints online (don't let that deter you).. seriously it's an office chair, of course its a little bit cumbersome to build, but I did it by myself in no time, with no issues whatsoever. If you do happen to call the customer service department, keep in mind that they can only help with parts, and nothing else.. I called as there was a big flyer saying "Call first before returning" to see if I could get another colour, which of course they told me at the end of the conversation! Also if you do have hardwood floors, you may need to order new castors, as these ones are cheep hard plastic and are not meant for hardwood floors, and could possibly damage them, check out the rubber ones, they should work and they aren't expensive either.
