I made pho and it can put perfect

I used this for cooking Chinese braised beef and Asian beef soup. This provides a subtle sweetness to the food. Sometimes with regular granulated sugar, you can put too much and the food will end up being too sweet. This can be eaten like candy (it is not very sweet) but I would not recommend it because it is pure sugar. Eating too much sugar can lead to cavities. Good product overall and price is reasonable.

They are very well packaged and nice color and taste. They are a bit big, but not a problem because I just crushed them a little more. I wanted the rock sugar for my tea. This works great! The rock sugar is a light amber color and not overwhelmingly sweet, so it’s good for tea and coffee. I liked it and you can’t beat the price!
