I got this vacuum sealer for Prime Day. Initially, I wanted a dehydrator and electric canner, but saw this in my recommended and I figured I'd give it a go for the price. Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much considering it was a lot cheaper than other brands.When it arrived, I booted it up and sealed my zucchini harvest. To my surprise, it suctioned very nicely and managed it all like a pro. I then took our frozen apricots, which I had previously had in just Ziploc bags, and sealed them with this machine. They were already frozen, but this did a fantastic job sealing them in an air tight way. So then, I wondered how it would do with meats. So I took a bunch of chicken thighs that I bulk purchased, separated them into the vacuum sealer bags and dang! It did such a good job! And so quickly too! I was able to process so many bags so quick; it took no time at all. It didn't give me a single issue while sealing either. I just followed the instructions and pressed the buttons I needed to, depending on what I was sealing.Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this little vacuum sealer. I didn't think it was going to be such a powerhouse for what I paid for it, but it turned out to be a gem! I'm continuing to use it, and it continues to do a great job every time. Honestly, I use this sealer more than the dehydrator and electric canner I initially bought.The only thing I'd say, is that it only comes with enough bags to really test it out. It's definitely worth getting additional bags to seal stuff in. I ordered a big pack of them and am still working my way through it.Overall, this thing is a powerhouse and works quickly and efficiently. If you're on a budget and have been wanting one, get this!

I was hesitant to choose this one because it costs a lot less than all the other similar /comparable sealers. However, I am very glad that I did choose it.It works 100% as it should. It has easy to follow simplistic instructions such as exactly what area to place the bag opening, etc.It came with a number of “premade” bags not that many but that was fine because I like choosing the size of my bags with the included roll of bag material (can’t think of a better word for it?) for those not familiar with the process:- its like a roll of one long bag and you cut however size you want from the roll and what you’ll do is create the bottom seal of your bag-to-be by placing one end in the specified slot, and press the “seal” button - it will heat seal that end closed .You will then place your mushrooms or other item(s) of choice in the bag, & then place the open /top of the bag in the slot and press the “vacuum” button if you feel it needs more than the automatic amount of vacuuming before it seals it off, and immediately press the “vacuum seal” (or something similar to that wording) button for it to vacuum heat seal . Or you can skip the “extra” vacuuming button - I like to use it though because there’s been occasions with my other sealer where It didn’t quite seem to get all the air out before it started sealing it off with the heat. So I like that there is a function that is strictly vacuum, nothing else (although you’ll need to use to vacuum seal button right afterwards obviously)I am genuinely impressed with the function, quality, and price point of this vacuum sealer and am confident to recommend it to anyone shopping for one.

This is my very first vacuum sealer and I chose this model because of the low price point to high rating and high volume of ratings. It came with a few precut bags and I used all of them the first night. The machine works perfectly! Fast, not very loud and makes a good reliable seal. I purchased some inexpensive rolls of bags the same night. The 8 inch rolls work perfectly but I did struggle with the first two 11 inch bags I tried to seal. I'm not sure why the machine struggled to vacuum the larger width bags. Maybe it's my technique or the brand of bag I purchased? I'm going to keep adjusting my technique to make it work. My only real complaint is that the machine is very lightweight and moves around on my counter when I am trying to fit a bag. Maybe if it had some suction cups on bottom it would help? Overall I am very happy with the new machine!

Worked great till it didn't. However I may have damaged it sealing moist to wet foods so I can't say it was the product that caused complete malfunction. HeAlso before the issue of not being able to use suction feature started this thing worked as described.Very easy to use. Lock does not break or give. The design is sleek enough to store pretty much anywhere.

This thing had minimal use and it is no longer working. Electronics side? don't know. the main buttons don't respond anymore. 8 months and kaput.I thought I followed up on this review; the customer service is excellent! Bonsen contacted me, concerned about my product. Patiently handled this to my satisfaction. I will definitely be buying from them again and again, looking for different items to purchase.
