I used to have “Bitter Kas” soda back when I was in Europe! Had many growing up! These ones taste exactly the same, they are sooo god! I wish the bottles were a little bigger!

Basically a “No Alcohol “ Campari +Soda! Add a slice of lime and serve on the rocks. Delicious when you can’t,or don’t want a liquor drink!

Stapi is a red bitter non alcoholic aperitif. It’s fairly obscure outside of Italy but it’s a refreshing option for a non alcoholic pick me up. We often have our Stapi in a tall glass with lots of ice, Seedlip Spice 94 and touch of San Pellegrino Arancita Rossa (Blood Orange) Soda - for a refreshing alternative to an alcoholic spritzer around dusk.

yum! perfect for a phony negroni. holds up well even when mixed with soda water, etc. and not as expensive as lots of the other options!

As a recently non-drinker, this has been an amazing replacement for that bitter taste I’ve missed without my regular Negronis. If you like aperitifs, this can totally help nip that taste for ya!

Love taste however always arrives w broken bottle or twice now it has never arrived and shipment was returned before ever rating to me … sadly will not order again .

Love the bitter taste, thick syrupy consistency that adds to so many cocktails.

I like this because it tastes like Campari without the booze. I like the sweet and bitter components and I put it in lime seltzer with a slice of orange. It’s delicious!
